A beautifully maintained inn with all the amenities! Spectacular location on the lake with access to the lake for all your boating activities. The owners of the inn are wonderful and provided info on places tovisit and to dine! The town of Hammondsport is beautiful with many lovely Victorian homes and some nice shops and restaurants! Our only regret is that we only spent one night on our way to Toronto! After visiting the extraordinary Corning Museum of Glass,which we really should have spent two days exploring. Looking forward to returning and enjoying this beautiful part of our Country!

Great little motel! It is quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great views right on Keuka Lake! Nice sitting area around a beautiful fire pit. Lovely place to stay.Walkability: Nice stroll into the town of Hammondsport.

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are simple, but clean and well appointed. But the location and the service make this a must-stay. The fire pit area is the perfect place to watch a sunset or sunrise. And Don & his wife have put together a great booklet with all the things you need to know. Don is wonderfully available, helpful and welcoming. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again!

Great little place to stay right on the water. The rooms are simple and very clean. It's just a block's walk from the town square where the shops and eateries are. At night you can enjoy an evening around the gas firepit and socialize with the other guests. The owners are extremely nice and have lots of insight to share on the hot spots to hit around the lake.

We loved our stay at the Keuka Lakeside Inn! All I can say is- you can tell the owners & management genuinely care about their business and customers. The room was spotless and very clean when we checked in. The remote was in a disposable bag which I thought was a brilliant idea- who wants to touch that after all the other people have (of course it should be cleaned between visits), but the Lakeside Inn alleviated that concern!The grounds were so nicely kept and everyone was very friendly. I could have sat at their firepit for hours and just listened to the waves roll on the rocks. Highly recommend this Inn!

Awesome place! Million dollar view and access to Keuka Lake. Rooms are spotless. Property is well maintained! Owners Ron and Deb do a phenominal job welcoming and hosting guests. We have been coming in the fall for 28 years. This was the first summer visit. Can't wait to return in September and October! So fun connecting with other guests from near (as we are) and far!

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. The lakeside patio and gazebo are perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Convenient to many of the Keuka Lake wineries. Short walk to several nice restaurants, cafes and shops. While there we took a Keuka Lake boat tour on the Pat II, which departs from a lakeside park just adjacent to the inn.

This is a motor lodge not a fancy hotel but the owners have paid attention to detail and it is a great place to stay while in the Finger Lakes. Located at the base of Keuka Lake with awsome views. Spent the evenings sitting in the gazbo( heater available if necessary) and at the gas firepit lakeside. Rooms are updated and spotless. Sits on the edge of the town of Hammondsport, easily walkable.

We spent two days at the Keuka Lakeside Inn and loved it!! The rooms are clean and functional; the location right on the Lake is charming; the owners are friendly and helpful; and the town is an easy walk, not to mention all the great locations nearby. The lake is so accessible! And we hung out at the fire pit each night with other guests after great meals in town and up the lake. We can’t wait to return!! And PS, motorcycle friendly.

I can’t say enough about how much I loved this place! It was the perfect stay for me and my family. The owner was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and friendly! The quaint beautiful setting with a million dollar view was absolutely spectacular. The rooms were spotless, and provided several complimentary items that were over and above standard items. The patio with lanterns and a fire pit was an excellent way to spend the evening! I will definitely be coming back!

Lovely little Inn on the Southeast Shore of Lake Keuka. It was immaculately clean and the owners were very nice to us (even though we accidentally went for a swim in the "No swimming" area) - very walkable to the cute little town with nice restaurants and convenient to the Wine Trail. Rooms were very comfortable, not necessarily luxurious, but very practical and (as mentioned) sterilely clean which was the most important thing anyway!

Small quaint inn. The rooms were comfortable and we had all we needed for our stay. The location was perfect to enjoy a lakeside firepit on the provided patio. We will definitely be back!Nearby activities: Wineries in every direction. If that is not your thing then multiple breweries, distillaries and cideries close by too. If none of those things are what you would go to Hammondsport for then the views themselves are well worth the trip and this inn provides a close up view.Walkability: We were withing walking distance to downtown Hammondsport with all of its charm. Shops, pharmacy, grocery, and restaurants all within walking distance.

Nice, comfortable, clean room with a great Keuka lakeside setting. Check in process was smooth and owners were pleasant and knowledgeable about the area attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. Easy walkability to all the shops and restaurants in Hammondsport. Nice gazebo and firepit area on the hotel property with relaxing views of the lake.

Another great stay at Keuka Lakeside Inn. We love it here. It’s a perfect location on the lake, and it in is spotless. This time we went to the Corning Glass Museum, which was amazing, and then drove to Watkins Glen. And of course we visited several nice wineries. Once again, we were only able to get a room due to a cancellation, but I think this might be an annual visit for us. We’re not beach people, we are lake people.

My family of 4 had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Kueka Lakeside Inn right before the July 4th holiday. The owners were kind and helpful from check-in and throughout our stay. We loved the laid back vibe, the lake views, the gazebo, fire pit and corn hole. The room was very clean, updated and spacious. We swam every afternoon at Depot Park--refreshing and lovely! And walked to town every morning for delicious breakfast at the Crooked Lake Ice Cream Company. My older son brought his net to catch (and release) some small lake creatures from the docks, and we walked everywhere--to town for shopping and to a local carnival. A lovely, quiet, relaxing stay! Would definitely recommend and return!

We found this gem last summer and have returned several times since. The lakefront location is ideal, the rooms are immaculate, and the town of Hammondsport is quaint and welcoming. Ron, the owner, is always on property and you can tell he takes great pride in offering a clean and safe experience. The grounds are pristine and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the lake views, especially the sunrises. If you are tired of cookie cutter hotels, give the Inn a try. You will not be disappointed.

Very clean, amazingly situated motel right on the lake. The rooms are modest, but they are clean, the A/C works great, and the location can't be beat. The motel is steps from the lake, a 1 minute walk to a swimming area, and a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and breakfast places. The owner is very helpful and available. He makes a fire pit for guests every night by the lake, which is a nice touch. We were really happy to have found this place.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We love being able to walk into town for shopping, drinks, or dinner. Our favorite part is being able to sit around the fire while enjoying the lake view and meeting other guests! The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. We’ll be back in the Fall!! 🍷

Updated review: Since posting the review below 4 years ago, we've stayed at the Keuka Lakeside Inn several more times. Ron and Deb continue to provide exceptional service, accommodations, and boat launch facilities at one of the nicest locations on the lake. It is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and retail establishments in Hammondsport. We continue to recommend the Keuka Lakeside Inn to friends and strangers.(Original review): My wife and I have stayed here several times before Ron and his wife took over, and the hotel really needed a makeover. Ron and Deb completely renovated the rooms, docks, patio, and launch ramps. I can honestly say the difference is like night and day. Before Ron and Deb took over the hotel, the rooms were clean but clearly needed updating, along with the noisy air conditioners. They came in and did a terrific job of redecorating, updating, and rebuilding the hotel, docks, launch ramps, and gazebo area. If you are a boater, the docks and ramps are first rate, as are the rooms. Note that the Inn's boat launching facilities are reserved for guests and no longer open to the general public. Ron gives the inn and his guests a lot of attention. Overall, it is a great place from which to enjoy Hammondsport and the entire Keuka Lake area.

It's kind of "tradition" for newly retired teachers to go on vacation during the first week of school. Well, COVID has made everything different so no big trip... We decided to do something close to home and short. We've done lots of day trips throughout the Finger Lakes Region but wanted this to be a "get-away". We are so glad we chose the Keuka Lakeside Inn! It couldn't have been better; SUPER CLEAN, spacious and comfortable room; the bed was great, the bathroom (and everything) was SPOTLESS, the A/C worked well and not noisy (it was HOT on September 9), lovely view on the lake, Table, chairs and our car right outside the door. Also has a sweet gazebo and a fire-pit sitting area right on the lake. Ron, the proprietor, is super nice and helpful. The price was right, to boot; budget pricing for top-quality lodging! Lovely to stay right in Hammondsport which is the sweetest village. We really felt like we were "away" even though home isn't far. We will be back for more of this clean, comfortable and pleasant hospitality!

Very clean and affordable. Great view of the lake and the hosts were so informative and easy to talk to. The fire pit on the lake set a perfect mood. It is walking distance into Hammondsport and near to many wineries. I highly recommend!!

Awesome! absolutely awesome! we literally launched our kayaks less than a 100ft from our lakefront room. The room was clean, the staff welcoming and the beds amazing!We were within 2 blocks, walking distance of a great place to eat, called "Burgers n Beers". Great food, good service and a decent price!We will be back!!!!! Good times!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Keuka Lakeside Inn. The rooms were very clean and you can not beat that lakeside view! We love staying in Hammondsport but this was by far the best place to stay. I love that the town is within walking distance also. We will definitely be staying again.

This was our first time to stay here and we were very pleased. When we checked in we were greeted by Ron and he was very friendly and recommended some local places to dine. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a bit of trouble regulating our heat but that wasn't any huge issue. We locked our key in our room and Deb came to our rescue. There is an amazing view of the lake, a fire pit and a gazebo and its an easy walk to everything in the little town of Hammondsport. We would highly recommend this inn!!

This is a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The Inn is located next to the lake, with a gazebo and outdoor patio with fire pit and torches. The price is reasonable as well. I will certainly keep this place in mind if I need to stay in the area again.

Loved it !! Rooms were clean, people were friendly, easy walk to the small downtown area. It was myself with my wife and son. We got room 8 which if you love the water was perfect because of the beautiful view out of the window. At night there was a small fire lit on the deck with torches and everyone was easy to talk to. My wife kept the address and this will definitely become our go to destination while visiting the finger lakes.
