I have to tell you that everyone at Hamlin's Top's is always very nice to me.Mac at the bakery is always friendly, and very helpful. She does such a wonderful job on the strawberry cake. It is delicious.Even the stock people are very helpful and kind. I can't recall the fella's name, but he is always considerate, and goes out of his way to engage in friendly conversation.I can't leave out the pharmacy.Anthony, Michelle, and Peggy, are wonderful. I don't know the other girls names, and for that I apologize.

Great alternative to Wegmans!! Smaller size store but we'll stocked, friendly staff. Roasted chicken was $7.50 versus Wegmans $9.99!

It's clean, recently renovated. The prices are much too high. I rarely shop here now. The staff seems friendly enough. Not happy with the flavor or texture of their bakery breads. Seems off, chemical, not true homemade feel.

Hamlin needs a better option. The shelves give you an electrical shock whenever you touch them and everything I seem to buy is expired rather it be chicken, eggs etc. better look at dates on everything before you put it in your cart but their stocking team needs to do their jobs. It's December 22nd and there are eggs that expired on November 16th on the shelf. I live around the corner so I tried to give this place a chance but I'm putting my foot down and will no longer buy food items here. I'll be doing my shopping in Brockport at Wegmans and Aldi's. Management here is rude and doesn't have customer service skills they are always out smoking. The younger staff is nice however.

Nice little store. Clean, friendly staff. They have coupons already cut out for you at the service desk. Manager is very friendly, very community oriented. Donates gift cards for our fundraisers.My favorite Tops.

Tops is great I love the new remodel. I also think it's awesome that I get points for gas when I buy my groceries and then I can put gas in my car right at the store. The staff are always friendly and they have a unique variety of products.

Prices are way too much here. Waaaay too much. They make new hires join the labor union so they can pay dues to the senior employees. AS-IF... like some 16 year old kid is going to make a career outta this price gouging dump. Parking is obnoxious, cart return corrals are 10 ft from storefront. Employees are nice.

Just took months to redo the whole store and make it look nice, to still be out of the basics all the time... especially anything they advertise. Save yourself the time and Hassel and drive to whatever store is the next closest

This place has to be one of the worst grocery stores in the United States. I have literally bought items from this store that were 2 months out of date. Today I went there ( for the last time) to get some steak for the 4th and there was literally no meat. I do not know how this store even stays in buissness. As an added note tops Hilton and tops Spencerport are wonderful stores.

It's nice but always seems slow when I'm there. Love, love love their fresh made Italian bread!!! You can find different things there that you can't other markets. The prices are a slight higher though. It's a nice place for people in the hamlin area to shop at and conveniently close.

This Tops is convenient, large, and has most of what you need. The produce is not 5 star worthy, but Tops produce never is. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms have always been clean. They have a pretty good organic/health food selection compared to other Tops I have been inside.

We came in for groceries and my friend signed up for a Topps card and saved over $40. Well worth it. Other than not being able to access their weekly ad online without their card which is just wrong, we enjoyed the store.

Favorite store, almost always have what I'm looking for without the crowds! Clean and sanitized after every customer! I like the other local chain, you know which one, but it's always crowded and I've found it to be higher priced. Love my Tops!!

Expensive! Even if you use the weekly deals and buy way more than you need its still usually not worth it.This is like the JCpenneys of grocery stores, no one quite knows how or why they stay open 🤔

We love that it's so close to home, the grocery and pharmacy are the best part that gets 5 *****'s. The gas operation is unacceptable, U can go to a different Tops 7 miles away and the gas is $.30/gal cheaper. The window wash buckets are also usually empty so this area only gets 2 *'s.

This is conveniently located in Hamlin while the Wegmans is located 15-20 minutes away in Brockport. Great grocery place for those small shopping lists. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and willing to help. They are taking the pandemic serious and have proper sanitation procedures in place. There is a cart sanitation station as you walk in and hand sanitizer stations throughout the store. You are required to wear a mask when you enter the store. I don't know if they still are but at one point they had a block of time where the seniors of the community could shop by themselves. I found this to be very thoughtful of them. The store is always clean and I would recommend shopping here if you're in the area.

The manager is miserable and rude. Acts like helping a customer scan a rewards card is an inconvenience to her. Maybe you should find a work-from-home job where you don't have to deal with the general public.

Staff was rude. A child ran in front of are car so we stopped and and a man who was getting cart,s yelled at as to keep moving. I told him to open his eyes to see why we stopped. Some people have no brains.

Hamlin NY. Not sure who had a hand in this but hats off to the staff. Accidentally left my "cash back" $40 at the self check out register. Later that day realized my mistake. Went back and they had it at customer service desk. Thanks for the integrity and attention to detail folks...and they have great breakfast pizza!

Variety of food was fair while the prices are a bit higher for certain items compared to other grocery stores in the area. Check their ads for sales prior to shopping if like to be thrifty. Store is fairly clean but could use a bit of updating to make it nice inside.
