It's got the stuff you need when you need it quick and the staff is friendly. They help with questions and are good to all customers including the rowdy student body!! I like shopping at these stores they are consistent across all stores and don't price gouge depending on the area. Like some chains.

very dirty store , always stock carts all over the place , hardly get through the isles and items hanging off the shelves , meanwhile the staff are outside around the picknick table smoking with friends and family , with the smell of pot in the air i rather go to earlville or madison where the store is actually clean! and managers that have some smarts about them . give me one week and this store would be tip top shape! and alao employees very slovishly dressed as well this is in the Hamilton store only !

There are two other DGs that are within my shopping area, but I almost always come to the Hamilton store because their staff are more helpful and professional (i.e., attentive to the customers and not having loud personal conversations in front of the customers).

I like the store, I can never get the app to load to get the deals that have the app coupon. I bought oreo's because I was supposed to get $1.00 off and lost out on it due to the slow internet connection

The Hamilton Dollar general sucks compared to the Waterville Dollar general. Items are mismarked with posted sale signs. Too many carts of inventory need to be put on the shelves, too many items blocked by heavy carts. The staff is cranky, and over anxious to get their smoke break. Sad state of business.😭

Not bad, the typical Dollar General store, not my local store I just happened to stop in with my son on our way through town to grab a few quick things. The staff was friendly.

I'm a fan of Dollar General most of the time. The problem with the one in Hamilton is that several of the freezer cases don't work, so there is less available than others. I wasn't greeted when I entered, but cashiers are usually very friendly.
