Great experience here today though bought too much. As a 50+yr old, learned something brand new from a young woman clerk named Jay: using app to find what I want in the 2BLEEPING BIG store!Turns out if I change the store to the one I'm in (which was easy to do), I can look up french fries and it tells me the aisle!!! She even reminded me to change the store back when I got home!And Brenden was the young man that I spotted putting stuff onto shelves who kindly took me quite a distance to where the hair dryers were! I'd been looking for 30 minutes b4 I gave up and I'd not been even near them!These two clerks went above and beyond and I wish there was a way to thank them for improving what really was one of my better shopping trips since Covid!!!!Love that I actually got everything on my list thanks to finding out how to use my app!!!

If you are going to lock product in cabinet, automotive headlights, you should have staff to respond to the call button. The auto department key holder was not available, the auto manager who should have received the alert was a no show. I even called switchboard while in front of the case, they could not even determine how to get someone there to assist. I don’t recommend purchasing auto headlights at this location

Always have a great time here. They have 45 check out stands at the front of the store but never open any of them. Instead they will generally have five or six people trying to figure out why the automated robot scanner machines don't work properly. My opinion, is that I don't want to be a cashier. That's why I'm not a cashier, unless I go to Walmart. But I still love it there.

Customer beware! Store Manager Kip, and Auto Manager Mark are both bold faced liars. I strongly recommend asking for Store Manager Scott is you have any issues, as he seems the only person in that store that knows what honesty and integrity are! Thank you Scott! As far as Kip and Mark, I'll be following up with corporate concerning your lack of morale!

My wife and I decided to go to Walmart and make it a one stop shop instead of going to 3 different stores. Upon going to the checkout, I took my items which amounted to almost 200 dollars and went to a self checkout. My wife took her items to another self checkout coming to about 100 dollars. At some point during my wife's transaction there was a problem with my my wife's self checkout machine. The Walmart associate insisted upon putting all items back in the cart and go to another self checkout which is fine. Upon leaving, security stops us at the door stating my wife did not scan 20 dollars worth of items. As we insured the security that if a item was missing it was an honest mistake due to being moved from register to another. With 3 children in tow of which 1 is high functioning Autistic. Security tells me I may proceed and I am good. Now after security checks my wife's cart they are now wanting to go through mine. Which is quite fine. But I can tell you I have never been happier to still have receipts in my hand. Because these people both management and the employee as well as security were trying to put items on the receipt in another cart as if we did not already pay for those said items. I made it well know I was contacting my attorney, then instead of authorities being called it was just pay for the 20 dollars worth of said items. My wife and I had a conversation in the vehicle. We will never touch another Walmart again just for the simple fact that they were attempting to place items that were clearly paid for and on the receipt and them saying they were not. So I have emailed my attorney and I have contacted nes networks. I will spend every penny I have saved for retirement and I will drain my 401k. I will sell my home,vehicle and other possessions I own. If Walmart wants attention I will give it to them. Thank you so much Mr. Cook. P.S. I will not stop this actiins unless I am broke or self checkouts are gone.

Too busy around the holidays but it was okay. Cashiers need to pay attention to what they are cashing out because our ginger bread house kit might of broke because she wasn't careful and we had to bag our own things which makes no sense. We didn't do self check out so why did we have to bag our own things?

We had the most wonderful and positive cashier this morning. Darlene was so positive and pleasant, which at times is difficult to come across at this Walmart. Wanted to make sure everyone knows how wonderful she was.

Not overly crowded, despite the holiday rush. Noticed that staff weren't all that knowledgeable about where various items were. But ran into some really helpful customers. When they say City of Good Neighbors, they mean Buffalo and the surrounding area

This means waiting while everyone else checks out items on a tiny register when all you need is a QR code!👎 👎 Long waits for pickup with no logic to the order they fill pickups, totally random👎Store layout is confusing. It’s often hard to find items amidst a poorly organized, massive store👎 Poor leadership and customer service. Don’t expect your issues to be resolved, just keep telling yourself you are saving money👋 Close:This is not my favorite store. The price and selection, plus the convenience of W+ (when it works) means this is still your best option. If they would address some of the glaring in-store issues this would easily by 5 stars, but minus 2 for the unnecessary friction this store causes.

Big thanks to the Hamburg Walmart. We enjoyed our time shopping and enjoyed spreading smiles with everyone. The children had a blast! Thanks to the Walmart staff who were kind and had great humor. You guys rock!!

Be careful if you're buying any premade ready to eat sandwiches. I had bought a Angus Cheeseburger to munch on. After taking a little bite I noticed there was a piece of small thin pointy hair stuck inside the burger. I threw the burger away. It definitely wasn't mine. So yeah just be careful with what you buy.

If I could I will give zero I went to buy some ink today, like everyone know it is in a cage so you need someone to open the gate, well I found an employe en he said I don't work in this area, then I found an other employe and ignored me. So I went to the desk to ask for someone there was 2 employes trying to help this costumer So, I asked one of then if they could help. He said busy trying to help this one when his coworker was there so they told me to wait 15 minutes later an other costumer was going to asked them to some questions and they reply busy helping her (that's me) so , they finally get me the ink and cash me out.The whole thing took like 25 minutes. Iam sick and tired of that place not only you have to bring your bags but also cash yourself so they can save some money. I will ask anyone please every time you cash yourself give a 1 star so they can change things around all the attitude us ridiculous.

They put my tires the wrong way and did not want to service me the same day to rectify their mistake and where rude . the steering had a awful vibration. That the mechanic in pepboys who where aligning the car told me to be very careful driving or to get correct it with them. I tried to contact them back so they can refund me the 3 tires that where placed wrong and where not balances correctly and no answer from the auto part. Now I'm in lost of 58.00 dollars. Because of their carelessness.

Perhaps there is more than meets the eye when it comes to this establishment. There is an air of omnipotent fury flowing through each aisle. Perhaps during the bronze age collapse something major occured on this sacred land...? But I digress. Each step you take pulls you further into the store, and miraculously, after checking out your items, the opposite effect can be observed. No guard checking receipts at the door. There are also multiple entrances depending on which department you want to enter. One for kreeks, one for Sneeze, and another for iSight. Disturbingly eerie, but verrry interesting...

I give it ZERO stars but unfortunately I have to give 1. Carts are never collected so they're left outside to get rusty and corroded. Restocking is atrocious, they never seem to have common items like milk and bread. There was green moldy bread on the shelves. Bathrooms aren't cleaned often. My biggest complaint is they don't have enough cash registers open with cashiers, I DON'T WORK FOR WALMART so I will not cash myself out unless they're taking money of of my bill. Those who do it for free are foolish. Walmart has plenty of revenue to hire more staff or discount those who do it.

Hate giving one of the richest, hateful elitist families in America money... and this store reflects their business practices. Everything is unorganized, open and stolen from, and just a mess in general. The customer service rep on the phone said she didn't know if and or when a limited release set of cards would be in (advertised to be there by the date i called)... I left my number a week and a half ago, and they never called me. We bought what we needed at gamestop and target. Not worth the 2 dollars we'd have saved to have to deal w this kind of filthy, unorganized store with disgruntled employees!!!If you offer liveable wages for people willing and able to work, you'll get much better candidates for jobs!!!

Grocery side is poorly stocked if you go in for groceries. Online shopping is better. I usually get everything I need for delivery.

I just wished they had more cases of A&W Cream Soda Zero. Drove all the way from Toronto. So I bought the Dr. Pepper as well. Not as good.

Parking lot is treacherous. Not sure who's taking care of the plowing there but it looks like it hasn't been touched in days. Very dangerous.

Omg, what a store...I thought I would need a AAA trip-tic to get from frozen food to toys waaaaay over to the other side of building. I got my twin cold water lobster tails, jumbo flash frozen shrimp, center cut pork chops and a Rib eye. Various center aisle goods and a few presents for a 6yr old grand nephew. Have never been to a super center Walmart so this was a great experience and I will be back and....here's a treat, a quick check-out experience WITH a bagger.
