This is about Walgreens as a whole.I purchased a Walgreens brand snack and when I opened it there was a cigarette butt in it.I called the customer service number on the package. I have them all the information I could but because of my eye site wasn't sure of some. The person i talked to asked if I could send pictures and gave me the email address to send them to. They told me someone would be in touch with me in a couple days.Two weeks later and I haven't heard anything.Oh and I was given $10 in Walgreens money ......lolWill never shop there again.

They have misleading orange discount tags everywhere so I picked up three clearance items. the tag was right under the product. When I went back in to tell the the manager she was exceptionally rude about it without provocation.

Do not go to the Hamburg location for vaccinations. Too busy. No matter what you are told, they take walkins before people who have appointments..

I love the Pharmacy staff Aaron, Jason, Kelly & Jimmy. All go above and beyond their job. I drive an hour just to use this pharmacy and that alone says so much. Keep up the good work you all deserve praise. Thank you all so much for being so kind and taking the time to make my visit a pleasurable one and for being so helpful to get my medications taken care of. These days it is very hard to find people like you all ! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for an awesome pharmacy & staff...

I paid to have my prescription same date delivered. It was already filled and the pharmacy said they received notice for shipping at 11:00 in the morning. The order was to be at my house by 3:00. I waited till 4:00 and called, and the pharmacy claimed they did not know they had same day delivery and the fed ex man had never shown up. You would think they would have found a way to send it that day still. Instead, the said they had to wait till the next day for the sore manager to come in. I called corporate to see if they could get it expedited. The woman said her supervisor would call me. I waited and waited. Finally called back and was told cases like this take up to 48 hours to address. What is the point of same day shipping if it may not be fixed for almost 72 hours later. Guess it is time to switch pharmacies.

I recently switched from Hamburg Pharmacy and I have been very happy with the service at this Walgreens pharmacy. Aaron and Jimmy always take the time to listen and help me when I have a question. I feel confident in going to Walgreens pharmacy because of their attention to detail and their positive attitude. They should both get a raise.

Third World Pharmacy! Tried for three years to work out a pharmacy issue. For three years I received a partial refill on a medication. I tried though the staff, manager and customer service but to no avail. Every month I would make the 16 mile round trip to find a partial refill and then two days later I would make another 16 mile round trip to pick up the rest of my prescription. The Pharmacist would then promise it would not happen again. Save yourself the trouble and try any other pharmacy.

Almost everything is great at this store but I would advise you not to buy gift cards here nor perhaps at any Walgreens. My wife bought me a gift card for Google Play that had a defective scratch off code and the store management refused to reimburse us for the damaged card even though we had the card and a store receipt. The gift cards are handled by a third party and that company is not helpful at all either. You are out of luck if the redemption code is damaged and some of the cards have been sitting on the kiosk for years. It was also a huge waste of time trying to get someone to remedy the situation. Otherwise store and staff are great.. but don’t buy gift cards here!

I was very happy with this branch until the recent change of staff in the pharmacy. I called to ask why my scripts showed canceled on my app ...the person I spoke with was extremely rude and didn't answer my question until asked a second time. This is the 3rd time since the new personnel arrived that I've had issues.

A BUNCH OF JERKS! ACCIDENTALLY put the wrong birth date on my daughters form..2016 instead of 2006 and they absolutely would not change it or help. She needed a covid test to go to France and it is a limited test so she missed her window! WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS! I will never shop here again!
