My goodness, they literally pull a sticker out for mobile orders that says your exact order. They can look at it 100 times if they forget what it is, and yet they still always get the mobile orders wrong here! Our two drinks are not confusing or viral, and they never even read the custom part. Never thought we'd long for the McKinley location lol.

They've been exceptional at getting our orders right and are very accommodating, even when adjustments are needed. It's the overall energy and enthusiasm of the staff that truly sets this Starbucks apart, making it a delightful place to visit.We now make it a point to go inside because we enjoy interacting with everyone. It feels like a small joy in our day to be greeted by faces that are becoming familiar. That said, this location also offers a drive-through, which is incredibly convenient when we're in a hurry or prefer not to leave the car. Whether we step inside or just pass through, the service is always top-notch, contributing to why this Starbucks on Camp Road has become such a favored spot in our daily routine.

Was so excited for bogo day today (Mother’s Day) and made it clear I had the app while in the drive thru. Person at the window charged me full price without scanning my app. When I brought this up, the person said they would cancel the first transaction and charged me with the bogo deal in app. Noticed the other charge wasn’t cancelled and their CS team has been awful and making me jump thru hoops for my refund. When your drinks are 7 dollars you she be able to afford impeccable CS. Disgusted!

The workers here were extremely rude. Girls were standing around talking instead of making drinks. Mobile order was not ready when it should have. Had to wait 10 minutes past when my drink was supposed to be ready. I would understand if they were busy but it was only due to them socializing. It was clear I was waiting for my drink and no one even apologized for the delay. Or really even acknowledged me.

Love this Starbucks Location! My drinks are always made perfectly. A few times a new employee had messed it up and they could tell It wasn't what I had expected. Very nice about it and every time offered to remake. Once or twice I did take them up on that remake, but not everytime.It's very nice that they offer though, especially because I tend to purchase drinks that hit $10+ so when it's messed up and they offer to remake, It feels like I'm appreciated I guess you would say?The employees make or break a place I feel, and this locations employees, Make it my favorite location!!Parking: During the day it's a bit difficult to park because of the current construction on the opposite side of the parking lot. However the spaces directly in front have signs on them limiting them to 15mins, so one of them is usually open. Also, the Drive Thru I feel offers the best solution, as even if you pre order via the app, you can easily run thru the drive thru to grab em.

Every time I’m at this location , everyone is so nice and it just puts me in such a good mood; I love this place ! Today I had Will at the window and Donni as my barista . Will was so sweet ! He even gave me a run down of my drink and how it was being prepared . Most people shut the door and wait but he had a mini conversation with me and it just brightened my day :)

I stopped in around 1:00pm on a Sunday. The line was wrapped around the building and they had a lot of people working. Everyone was super nice, my coffee was made quickly & it was delicious! This location has a great team!
