I live in the Town of Hamburg for years!Ive been to this store many times good prices but employees in my experience are NOT FRIENDLY!I was just there on 7/3/2023 at 340PM and one lane open the elderly lady "Elaine" my receipt read,Is consistantly unfriendly!!,I said "Hi" and "Thank you!" With no reply a sourpuss! she was ignoring me while talking to a co workworker,she is usually there during the day,even the guys could be a bit friendlier, its because of us they have a job!,they need more outgoing employees in there,even lately the shelves getting bare,not stocked .not good!Was there on 2/10/24 and overheard the manager tell the cashier to be unfriendly ring them up and get them out! as he isnt friendly either!Sad

Nice quiet market that's clean and has great deals on steaks. A little small and certain things are price but otherwise, you can save a lot. Especially on ice. Great store!

Great place shop at good prices good deals.,but as Kyle Graves said in his review it is terrible place work for one coworker while cashing out customers said out loud while cashing out customers at time said I thought you where outside staring at cars whole time coworker said that after I put all shopping carts in store while I was stocking, another situation I had money in my hand on plain sight coworker ask me what I was doing I reply I’m buying drink I have done my best to work there deal with disrespectful comments to me when criticism turns into disrespect being talk down to I walk out first day I start there I treat coworkers there with respect this is how I get treated coworkers are nice to customers but to each other if you new employee forget it you get treated fairly as equal if you have workers there over 4 years.Not every job is perfect and radio station is annoying talking about same stuff all time and playing same music all time that’s on radio station not store fault I still would have stayed there to work if I was treated better with respect not talk down to. I did like working there not if I am going treated like that I am disappointed

Certain employees are very nice and can be very helpful when customers need help finding items or even with carrying groceries for some of the elderly , very dedicated to their jobs. But also on the other hand there's also some very NOT nice employees. I just recently had to take my leave as an employee for this location. I had felt extremely uncomfortable and upset about a comment from a co-worker especially as i was cashing out a customer, when the coworker could have been more professional and asked me to talk privately instead of making me feel horrible telling me i had to clock out and leave early and followed by the comments that i dont wish to repeat, and not only that as i was trying to leave another worker followed me out of the store and through the parking lot threating me to fist fight.. if this is how the employees are acting during a normal work day, then i have no problem looking for work elsewhere, i dont believe anybody should be treated in such a manner. As to why i am giving this 1 starred reveiw.. wonderful store, just some disrespectful team members is all..

A couple years ago I rated this store a 2 or 3 due to being dirty and under-stocked. Decided to try it again today and they did not seem to have these issues. Prices are pretty good and the staff was friendly. I do prefer the Aldi across the street due to the difference in products each franchise carries but this is a perfectly fine grocery store.

The employee are very nice and they are not rude to the customers at all and the store is always stocked and cleaned also the prices are not to bad and this store is a better place to shop at if your on a low budget and this store is better then Aldi's so I recommend this store to shop at.

Wonderful meats. Don't usually like their bananas. Good quality generics. Only 3 stars now because a cashier recently served me without wearing a mask... Not cool, and not sure I will be back soon.

customer service at this place is incredible low almost all the cashiers and also the manger are constantly on their cell phones. The Manager gives you dirty looks while you shop. The whole serve the customer thing here is totally backwards. I won't ever go in there again I'll take my money down the street. It's like let me pay you for goods which in turn pay for your salary and have your give me the stank eye while I check out. I also love waiting in line for the manager to get done gossiping with the employees and or fiends before she check my items out. Sorry to inconvenience you while you "working" dear young full of your manager. But its your job to serve me not the other way around. When you shop here be prepared to get dirty looks and be fully embraced by the condescending attitude from their employees and mostly the horribly rude manager that is half your age. It almost Unbelievable how unprofessional this place is

Excellent store. Great prices, friendly staff quite a few unknown brands, but still very good, in the long run. I do most of my food shopping here, then go over to Tops to get my coffee, and frozen veggies.

Every time I shop at this Save A Lot location Everything is easy to find and Im in and out quickly. This time I purchased only a gallon of whole milk and when I opened it at home to make my wife and ai a cup of coffee, the milk tasted like BEEF BULION CUBES!!! Repulsive and Utterly Disgusting!!! I poured it out into the toilet and it was as thick as eggnog.

You cant find everything here but they do have a lot at discounted prices. Good place to come for pantry staples or cheap milk. I do find the staff to be quite rude though

Great place to shop. Meat dept. was full even during the pandemic and prices aren't nearly as high as other stores. Most shelves were full too

Most produce was rotten. Even the cold cuts in the pkgs you could tell when compared with another pkg. that they were old and difference in color. Doesn't have the same stuff as Blasdell location which too me is way better than the Hamburg store!
