Hey, Dog always loves going to pet supplies. He gets a little nervous, but he’ knows what’s really going on nail trim time the lady that took care of me yesterday went above beyond. She even asked me a questionnaire about him and his paws and if she would like me to look at any area closer, very knowledgeable my dog felt so comfortable. Thank you.

Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I needed help finding items for my new puppy. She answered all of my questions, and then some! The employees here were very friendly and professional. Only giving 4 stars because the prices on a lot of items here are A LOT higher than other stores. Otherwise, it's a well stocked, clean store.

I picked up my curbside dog food order and I must say that I'm very impressed. They brought it out quickly and put it in my trunk for me. The staff are super nice. Also gave me a free sample of dog food along with a super cute thank-you note. We also had our dogs nails trimmed here in the grooming salon and it was great. This will be my go to pet store from now on! Highly recommend!

Loving our new go-to pet store! What a nice touch, the thank you note (for choosing to shop local) Doubley glad they did this, because now I know this is a locally owned location and not just another corporate money-pit. The staff is always kind, friendly, helpful. Above and beyond! You can relax and enjoy your shop for your furbabies here. Also, love the kitties up for adoption. So! Cute! I want to take them all home! Prayer for their happy *fur-ever* home!

We were not able to get our dogs in with our regular groomer for a nail trim. I was nervous going somewhere new since we have 3 very particular rescue dogs each with their own quirks. Our experience was outstanding. Promptly greeted and helped and the the groomer. (I think her name was Larissa?) Was so good with each of them. You likely have a new customer.

I had noted on line that your store had 35 cans of the specialized cat food I needed. Upon my calling, staff member immediately collected the 35, bagged them and they were waiting when I was able to come. All members of the staff were most helpful and I was grateful to have found 35 cans and with such convenience. Thank you, Joan Malone

Fantastic Kyle the manager and his crew are welcoming always willing to help with issues with any products if you need to return them. They also offer a law enforcement discount. If you want a fish just tell someone at the counter there will get someone right away. There's not always someone standing by the aquarium section.

I have 4 dogs (2 are my granddogs but mostly stay at my house) and I had them on a cheaper dog food then switched to a more expensive brand but it was getting a bit pricey for my budget. There were 2 workers that helped me find a good food that fit in my budget and even told me there own personal experience with the food. I didn't feel rushed into making a decision and they even helped me look at the ingredients to make sure there were no traces of the foods my dogs aren't allowed to have. I would highly recommend this store

Aquarium fish tanks have dead fish rotting in the tanks, betta fish dead and others dying in half an inch of water. Very sad to look at how poorly the fish are treated. It’s cruel and disgusting. Staff is extremely in knowledgeable as well. If I could give zero stars, I would.
