If I'm in the area I'll come to this hardware store because they have a lot of items that you can't find at the other hardware store in Hamburg , like a larger selection of fasteners and other things a serious DIYer might use. It's one of the last remaining old school hardware stores that can still compete against the big chain hardware franchises.

The established contractors are making dust settle in Walmarts "tool" selection section , I'll dump all my money in here any day over Home Depot or Lowe's as well. These people don't need orange Aprons. Or blue.

We can usually find what we need quickly and with no issue. Like it better than the big box stores. They really try I feel to help and be friendly.

Ace really is the place. If you are looking for a special nut,bolt or any kind of odd ball fastener odds are that Ace has it. Unbelievable stock always. Customer service is always great at Hamburg store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They take advantage of sick people. Not understanding about a bad situation. Just there to make a buck. Will never use this place again. Called corporate and they we’re appalled by their actions and attitude.

They get a 10 rating from me. Old fashioned way of doing business... Putting customers first. They don't need to brag about customer service because everyone that's been in the store more than once knows they are going to get it.

I was just there on Memorial Day 5/28/2018,I get all my screens repaired there and on occasion for something else.There is a older heavyset lady in front that is NOT VERY FRIENDLY!I walked in looked at her and she didnt even say hi??went to register looked right at her and said "hello Im here to pick up my screens" she looked at me and ignored me didnt say a word??Im a man in my 50s ladies walked in and she said hi to them?I dont deserve the same respect??my money is the same,finally a guy came up to the counter and asked if I needed help and got my screens,Previous visits she was aldo a sourpuss,I am.a small business owner here in Hamburg and I wouldnt tolerate that attitude from my people.They need to get someone else in there she is bad for business,I was having a good day til I stopped there.Gotta get my screens repaired and shop elsewhere where my business is appreciated!!!

Staff is helpful. They mail out coupons. Good for common items, but not as well stocked on things like nuts and bolts as the big chain hardware stores.

One of the best hardware stores in Hamburg in my opinion. I oftentimes go here when I can't find it somewhere else. Separate entry and exit doors is an added plus.
