Took my Persian in to get a cut similar to a lion cut. This is what she ended up with. When I asked about why it looked so uneven, I was told that "that's what happens with cats". If that were true, no one would do these cuts on their Persians. Thankfully, it will grow back.Bonnie was rushing and extremely rude when I questioned her. I definitely do not recommend taking your cat to her. Maybe she's better with dogs.

Took my puppy in for her first grooming today. Spoke with Bonnie about what I wanted and she did a great job with her. She is even cuter now than when I brought her in (and I didn’t think that was possible!) Highly recommend!

Sarah has groomed both of my small dogs and does a wonderful job. I have a shihpoo that I didn't have trimmed for a year and she did an excellent job making him look like a dog again and getting the look I wanted him to have! Prices are great too, quite a bit less than what I was paying for another groomer to just shave him.

I took my (anxious) dog here several times and was continuously told that she was aggressive, not easy to groom, and was going to “rip them to shreds.” She was left with several uneven haircuts. My dog would shake violently when dropped off. I tried a new groomer and forewarned them of this behavior and her anxiety. The new groomer said that my dog did not display any aggressive tendencies and was very easy to groom. Bonnie did not adjust her grooming to my dogs anxiety and created behaviors as a result. It was her treatment of my dog that led to the problems. She might be good for dogs who are more easy-going in nature, but please be mindful if your dog is anxious as well.

Bonnie is great !! My puppy’s walk in wagging there tails and walk out wagging their tails .. Bonnie always knows how to take care of my dogs and I am very comfortable knowing they are in good hands. BTW they look and smell amazing. Thank you Bonnie

I am new in the area and needed to find a groomer for my 15 year old very nervous Cockapoo I passed Fluffy Puppy and decided to give them a call. Sara was so accommodating and took William right away. I told her of my concerns and worries with him. She listened and paid attention to my requests. I like that the customer can look into the grooming rooms and see the dogs being groomed. When looked in all the dogs were happy with tails wagging. Except for one who was whining as the groomer blew him dry. She kindly was saying to him " you're okay. Don't worry. We are almost done" It really gave me peace of mind. When I picked William up two hours later he was groomed perfectly and smelled great. I was so happy. This is my new groomer!

I have been taking Polly our cockapoo to her for at least 3 years! AMAZING! I have never ever been disappointed. They take their time, and they are so great with her! If your lucky you might get a glimpse at one of her beautiful show dogs!!!!! Polly says “Thank you Bonnie!!”

I am absolutely amazed at the quality of service I have received. Fluffy puppies is amazing. They took great care of my massive puppy and He came back looking better then ever. Also, you cannot add enough value to the fact their knowledge is something you cannot attain over night. They know their stuff. Love the service, great value and very professional. Thank you so much. We have two beautiful shelties that require grooming every 6 weeks. Every time we have called Bonnie, she was so helpful getting our dogs in for grooming. We are so pleased with the job done on them. When my husband George brings them home, they are gorgeous and smell divine! I would recommend this facility as "top dog"!

First time going to Fluffy Puppy after looking at the good reviews. Brought in a descriptive picture of how I’d like my golden doodle to look and when I went to pick him up, I didn’t even recognize him. His hair was way off of what I said, his face is uneven, random hairs all over and not even, and his one tail nail was cut way to short and bleeding all over the floor! Not happy and waste of money!

Bonnie claimed to cater gently to elderly dogs. My older bermise mountain dog, Romeo, walked into her doggie salon but had to be carried out and had to be put down the next day. Yes, my dog was old, but he definitely would not be dead if I didn't take him to Bonnie. Bonnie's lack of compassion and the the lies she told me when I called for answers are what prompted me to write. My family has never been so disrespected. She refused to admit any fault and even blamed us for having Romeo groomed in the first place. Never ever again. Rest peacefully Romeo.

Worst experience! My dog was cut and the owner lied to me she did it. She told me my dog was too old... “they get “cuts” when get older.” My dog is only 4 years old and the cut was bleeding, so I know she lied to me right away! Haircut was the worst ever. Not even close to the professional grooming. If you love your dogs, take them somewhere else.

This place is Horrible!!! I am surprised the business is still open. My friend Sharon W warmed me that the owner was a very rude person. One of my dogs is a bit shy, but always liked going to the groomer...the girl that took her in the grooming room dragged her the whole way!!😡 I should have immediately taken my dog and left! The groomer who took care of my dog did a nice job, but I would never recommend any one patronize this business. Then the owner refused to take a credit card...lied to my face and told me she had said on the phone cash only?? She never did or I would have been prepared! Isn't a business supposed to claim their fees?? Never again!!! Not my dog!!!

They know what they are doing to dogs, but the time it takes is well unbearable for dogs to be in this situation for 3 HOURS! The FIRST time was great. The place is small, make sure dog is on close leash when entering back door.

ABSOLUTELY WORST haircut my dog has ever gotten!!! Hair is choppy, uneven and without any sort of style. I could have given my child clippers and she would have done a better job. Owner was haughty and rude. She may have a following for poodles but woe to thee who takes any other breed to her. Stay away!!!

Very displeased with the service I received here! First time using fluffy puppy, had to wait 30 minutes with the wash girl untill the owner/goomer showed up. My appointment was for 830 but my dog lily wasn't taken back untill 9. An hour after dropping lily off I decided to check and see how she was doing. When I walked in I saw my dog tied to the table as the wash girl was taking care of another dog in back. When the lady caught my eyes she simply said the owner ran to the bank! What!!She left my half cut dog on the table with not even enough leash for her to lay down.! When I picked lily up later I had asked the owner how long she left the shop for and she couldn't tell me a time. The owner then began to tell me that lily was giving her problems and bit the leash! My dog is a weird little thing but that's one think I know she would never do! As soon as I pick up the leash at home to take her for a walk, she runs to the leash and paws at it, begging for me to put it on her. So I know she lied to my face. I asked her twice how long she was gone for and she kept deflecting the question. On top of the rude attitude I was receiving, I came home to realize that lilys face isn't even. So if you want to pay 50$ for a 2 hour and 30 min hair cut, have a rude person lie and tell you your dogs not a good dog, and getting an uneven hair cut then this place is for you. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone! EVER! Bonnie the owner seemed very condescending and was a noise in the air type of person. Doesn't seem like she wanted to Own up for her attitude or her mistake leaving the shop to go to the bank. Just a show dog lady, I don't believe that her customer service should be the front of her busines. Just trying to save good pet owners from making a huge mistake. DO NOT USE!

Very rude I always took my 4 puppies to her cause she was good and fast but because I wasn't around one time because my daughter was here visiting she groomed them for me .So she asked me why I wanted to come there well I guess I don't any more I guess she don't need my money!
