Although our wedding was in Buffalo, we used Expressions for our flowers because my husband had used them previously for prom and had a good experience and his family is from Hamburg. Jeanie and her staff at Expressions are so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jeanie has so much experience and gave me such great advice. All the flowers for my wedding came our perfect: the bouquets, boutonnieres, table arrangements, and alter flowers. Jeanie really listened to my vision and made it come to life! The flowers were fresh and vibrant and I was so pleased with everything. They even traveled from Hamburg to Buffalo and personally delivered the flowers to my girls and I at the salon we were using, then the boys at the church, and finally the table arrangements at our reception. I would definitely use them for all my floral needs again in the future.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend, and paid $83.00. The tiniest little bouquet showed up, and it was sub-average from the picture. If it got any smaller, I could have called it "Honey I shrunk the flowers". Pathetic.

I can call and order an arrangement over the phone and trust that it will be made exactly how I asked. Whether it’s a simple prom corsage or a large funeral bouquet, the ladies who work at Expressions always go above and beyond and their creations are always beautiful.

Went in to pick up prom flowers, we spent a half hour trying to figure out what color we wanted so to match the dress, only to pick them up and not have the flower that we wanted. The woman decided to make the change and not call or ask us if it was ok. That wasn't the biggest issue, I respect her making a change because she wasn't happy with the quality of the rose, however the way she spoke to me when I questioned if that was the roses that were picked out. She was extremely rude and talked down to us. We ended up returning the flowers, getting a refund and going across the street to Hess, where they were so friendly, accommodating and made the arrangements in a half hour. I would recommend going to Hess Bro. and will never go back to Expressions again

Three weeks ago, my husband and I canceled the wedding that we had been planning on, and started planning an outdoor ceremony. Expressions was so accommodating, and truly went above and beyond helping us to decorate a large gazebo with flowers and greenery to match our already ordered bouquets. In such a short amount of time, all of our flowers turned out absolutely beautiful and better than I could have imagined! The owner was so nice and such a pleasure to work with. She made everything completely stress free for us! I could not recommend Expressions enough for any event, our wedding was so dreamy and beautiful because of the standout flower arrangements. Thank you so much again!!

If I could rate them higher I would. I made an out of state order for some flowers for the birth of a friends child and had my brother pick them up (along with other items). They were so accommodating, they even stayed well past closing so he could pick them up. The flowers were beautiful, but the service was unbeatable. They called multiple times to make sure everything was in order, and were more than helpful. I can’t recommend them enough. The people who work here make this business truly amazing. It’s wonder they have five stars, I would give more if I could.

My son, who is autistic, is currently obsessed with flowers. We went in just to browse and check out the flowers. The people there were so friendly to him, treating him with respect. They spoke to him kindly and patiently. He ended up picking out some Adrican Violets to take home, and they were so patient in explaining that they were taking them to box them up and make it easier for him to take home. He was worried they were taking them away! I was impressed with the selection of arrangements, but even more so with the courtesy the staff showed my son. Thank you, and we will definitely be back!

This is a great little gift shop. They're a one stop shop for your gift giving needs. They have a lot of unique locally made items and fresh flowers at the florist. Very friendly staff as well, I highly recommend.

I ordered flowers form expressions for V-day this year trying to shop local. The flowers were delivered professional on on time. They called when they arrived to tell us they were being delivered to make sure they weren't left in the cold. less than a week later we had a question about the flowers and they went above and beyond.

A nice place. They have a walk in cooler for fresh flowers, which were beautiful. They came in a lovely case. Pricing was on par with fresh flowers. Cute little decorations and gifts too. Staff was kind. Will come back again.
