I have gone without necessary insulin for a week or more multiple times because the pharmacy can't answer the phone. They told me this policy was sent from corporate (which corporate has no knowledge of). I smell laziness! I would go somewhere else. CVS' customer service has gone WAY downhill!

Pharmacy service was terrible. Lots of empty promises with no contact or update to me in between. I was always the one calling asking what was going on. The wrong medication was filled the first time (which I caught, not them). Then, I was promised that the correct medication was ordered and would be in the next day. Didn't hear anything for over a week until I called back and asked what was going on. Was told yep everything is here I'll fill it now and have it ready in an hour. I told them I would come in the next day for it. Waited 2 days, went to pick it up only to be told no that never came in its not here. Had to call again to find out what was going on. Was promised they would call, and then the day after they promised to get back to me I have a message saying that they can't get the medication so I've been given the run around for 2+ weeks for a medication I'm now being told they can't receive in. This is a medication that is supposed to be automatically refilled and has been filled multiple times previously here, so I'm not sure how all of a sudden it's not available. At any rate, don't waste over 2 weeks of your time here only to be told that you'll have to go somewhere else.

The pharmacy staff is pleasant, polite. Ide give a 5 star if waiting in the drive-thru wasn't so long. Its the 2nd time I've been there, waiting in line for close to 15 minutes and had no choice but to leave. The cars weren't moving and I think its terrible that the line was almost out to the road and it was inconveniencing more people than just myself.
