Originally went to another CVS looking for the new plant based Lindors. (Online it said it was in stock...) They didn't have them... but the employee was kind enough to call another store 10 minutes away that may have them. The lady at this store put some aside for us and we headed there. We had a great experience getting the product after this, and on top of that we got the buy 1 get 1 free discount. Next time I'm in Buffalo I'll make sure to stop by again for more. The only issue is the "online" website is very inaccurate about what is in stock and where.

simply just trying to call and talk to a HUMAN!!! not an option. Tried to get information on my cats prescribed antibiotics that he's been needing for three days now and I cant reach anyone. left a voicemail, hasn't been returned. all I ever have with CVS is issues and I'm sick of it. LET ME TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON PLEASE! that's literally all I'm trying to do, stop making my cat suffer cause you're inadequate

I used to love this place but now there hours are ✂️ and you can't talk to the pharmacist on the phone. For being a pharmacy in a small town , you would think it would be more customer based. But they do everything possible to be the most unreliable location in The 716.

The staff is very helpful welcoming. BUT! The drive thru pharmacy is for quick pickup and go. And I have a tough time EVERY-TIME I try to utilize this service. If the person coming through the drive thru will not be quickly serviced then the pharmacy employees should be sending them inside or loop around the building. Sitting in line for 15 minutes is unreal.

The staff there is incompetant and very rude. Unwilling to do their job. My Dr had to speak with them on a couple different occasions and said to me they are rude and don't know what they are doing and if it happens again I need to switch pharmacies...guess what happened again and Suzanne and Barb spoke to me like I was a POS. Rite aid will be getting my business from now on as well as my families who did business there since 1986.

I really want to thank the lady who waited on me at the pharmacy today.she went above and beyond helping me out with my son's prescription. Seeing that my son's insurance lapsed and the high cost of the pills she was able to use a discount card and make it more affordable. Thanks again, you made my day.

This CVS has a very rude pharmacy staff, and needs better supervision. Think twice before having your prescriptions filled here or asking for help. They are the only pharmacy in town and think they have us captive. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
