This is the perfect table for my daughters small kitchen but of course it's out of stock.Not available at any store within 50 miles because it's discontinued, unofficially. That means they can't sell the floor model yet. The man we spoke with was very helpful and apologetic. We'll just have to keep checking back to hopefully snag the floor model.

On August 3rd 2023 I was shopping at Big Lots and bought 3 items and went to cash out and didn't have my bonus card so I gave her my email and the casher was making fun of me because I have trouble saying the letter R and she keeped asking me to spelling my email and I spelled it for her 5 times finally she got it and she gave me my told what about the other 2 items and she said I only got one item and when she charged me 21.oo when the told was supposed to be 23.00 and I should of got a manager and this worker should be fired because she had no clue what she was doing at all and she was a young lady and this co worker if she doesn't know what she is doing.

I went shopping with my daughter and overheard a manager Sam screaming at a young employee. The poor kid seemed to only be asking a question and she snapped saying “it would be nice if you could read” or something to that effect and went in and on in her rant. How horrible and unprofessional. The kid clearly looked uncomfortable and my young daughter looked at me asking to leave so we did. If thats type of person that’s supposed to offer support and guidance to young employees God help the store. I can only imagine what the overturn in that place is with employees. Do better. Quality > longevity.

Always find great deals. Especially like to look for clearance items. Great store for Seasonal decor and pantry food items. Love their Rewards program and periodic sales with coupons!

Furniture Dept was a hassle a year agoMy visit today 4/20/22 took so long to cash out. There were 2 cashiers and the line was getting long. People were returning items and items weren't ringing up with the correct price. I was just getting a few items and it made a quick shopping trip super annoying.

Went in scanning for specific items they did NOT have... Their stock is mostly clearance that did not sell or was discontinued from other store chains. Can find good deals but have to hit it right... Holiday items for every holiday are also available but in limited quantities.

5 months ago I bought a sofa and recliner from the Hamburg Big Lots. I am still paying on my credit card for it. Their are just 2 adults in my household. I was warned not to but, I really liked the set and went a head and did it. 5 months later and the cable in the recliner has gone bad. So I go to the store to see if their is any type of warranty and I am told by the manager what do I want me to do. So I then asked for the name of the company so I could at least order in and I am told I don’t have it. I have never met a more rude store manger in my life. He wanted nothing to do with assisting a customer. I guess they must buy their furniture off the streets. I definitely learned a very valuable lesson. I will be closing my credit card. I do not deal with stores that turn their back on a customers simple request. I was forced to give them one star to list this. In my opinion they are definitely a -10

Has a lot of parking. The store is kind of messy. They do have public bathrooms, it absolutely disgusting! I wouldn't have washed my hands in there... They didn't have a wide variety like most Big Lots, but it's the closest one to me. The staff are friendly not extremely helpful though. Also they're price are higher than Walmart! I'm definitely taken back by that one!! It's not much more, but everything adds up.

After going to Raymour and Flanigan and having HORRIBLE customer service I was VERY PLEASED at the level of Customer service at your location.I am glad to say I found what I was looking for as far as furniture and will continue to shop at your store.Your furniture staff is OUTSTANDING. Remodel of store since my last time in. Clean, well organized, bright. Cashier friendly. Staff throughout the store asked if assistance needed. I like that they notice customers are in store instead of just walking by.

The Manager Sam that works at the Big Lots in Hamburg should be fired immediately. I witnessed her screaming at an employee yesterday and was being very rude to him in front of customers. I have witnessed this many times coming in this store and am sick of it. Sam should be fired at once

Clean store ..nice display of furniture..went to see floor model of trundle bed my Granddaughter wants..spoke on phone for information and both Depew Store & Hamburg Store very polite and answered all my questions. Will be making a purchase at one of the 2 stores when product is available in shipment

Nothing in stock that was as advertised on the floor. If you have something in an ad on sale you should stock up. The staff was helpful and tried to find what we wanted at a different store at least except no stores had any of our 3 selections. Yes 3 different selections.

If you like to shop this is a place that has a little bit of everything. Very inexpensive spices but a limited variety. It's a great place to buy inexpensive cleaning supplies.

Decent prices and nice discounts on items for everyday stuff. Sells a variety of items and has a nice holiday section too. No longer has a card section though.
