We have been taking our dogs to Barks-n-Meows for many years now. The groomers always take time and care to make our dogs feel as comfortable as possible! Jackie is a present owner and cares very much about the wellbeing of all the animals that come her way.Today, I tried their self-bath for the first time! It was so easy and everything was there for me to use with my dog. All I did was show up and give Winnie the bath! The entire process was easy, clean and Jackie was there to help and answer any questions I had! She even gave me some bathing tips while I worked. I highly recommend every aspect of Barks-n-Meows!

Great service and Brody's bath was wonderful. He has a naturally stinky coat and the effects of a bath usually don't last more than a few days. But the bath he had at Barks and Meows lasted several weeks, whereas he did not get stinky for almost a month.

Jackie did such an amazing job grooming my cat! We just moved to NY, and my cat was in desperate need of a bath/shave. The results are amazing and my cat is so happy and relieved now. We will be back!

Once again I had my Rag doll cat shaved into a summer “ lion cut” due to his matting. Jackie did a fantastic job and this cat loves being shaved, so much so that his behavior changes. Suddenly, this time, this 10 year old cat has become a lap cat. He sits on me for hours. I love the change in him and esp how he looks

So far they have GROOMED not shaved, washed with medicated bath for one, two plush gigantic Shilohs. An exceptional job was done both times and two weeks later, the first one still looks like he was done yesterday. A true pleasure to work with, dogs are happy going in and not frantic to get out. I cannot recommend them enough.

Big Pittie is a big baby! Normally she yelps during nail clippings like she's scared for her life. I brought her to Barks -n- Meows because my usual place was closed (again). Jackie handled her so well! My dog was so much more relaxed. A+

My wife just got home with our Westie and Golden. I've never been big on grooming the Golden and generally just brush at home. Never again, he looks like the Goldens we watch on the Dog Shows. Thank you Julie, they both look fantastic.

I happened upon Barks and Meows Spa from reading the reviews on Facebook. I needed to get my cat groomed and imagining the worst I wanted to take her to someone I could trust. I drove out to Hamburg from Williamsville based on what I read online and I am beyond grateful I did! My kitty is clean, groomed & happy again! She hasn’t curled up on my lap in weeks and today she did! She left the spa feeling like a million bucks. I can not recommend this place enough. If you have a scaredy cat and are nervous to have him/her groomed I highly suggest taking him/her to Barks and Meows! We will definitely be back!
