The girl that works & doesn’t ever respond to you when your talking- had the heat up so at 2am if 2/24 that it melted all of the chocolate & candy bars - Ik that’s like a weird thing to say but seriously couldn’t find a good candy bar bc they were all melted - absolutely disgusting- & I get yous always have a never ending rotating staff - but 2 of the people male & female that work there now do not answer or talk to you at all - won’t tell you how much your order is & doesn’t ask if you need a bag - it’s crazy

This is a really good 7-11 and don't listen to these spoiled rotten kids giving it one star ratings. Convenience stores and retail in general are hard jobs that don't pay well and it's difficult for places like this to keep staff. People move on and go to bigger and better things in life and that leaves young new guys constantly leading the front. People always complain but don't know what could be going on in someone's life.

Staffing is extremely inconsistent. Very hard to call this a convivence store when I have to call customer service after a visit. Every week they mess up 1 or more of my orders. This is coming from a guy who spends 300+ a month at this location. After todays visit I was contemplating just driving to the next 7/11 store over instead of this one on southwestern but to be honest I don't even want to take a chance with that stores problems as well.

I’m sorry but Colin is not a good employee!! To refuse me after he just rank me up for a bottle of pop. Asking me if I would also like to purchase a mask for $3.99. I told him no thank you I don’t need one. He immediately grabbed the pop back and said then he’s not selling me the pop and anything else!! I was shocked cause I’m a regular there in your store and know all your employees. To be refused a bottle of pop I was going to buy for my kids cause I wouldn’t buy a mask your store was selling for $3.99. I believe his bossy authoritarian attitude and political way of thinking is getting in his way and to treat a customer that way is very insulting to someone who is old enough to have changed Colins diaper at one time of his life. I have lived in the village of Hamburg and know a lot of people and sure my family and friend would love to hear what jus happened.

I believe the lady is named Jen she works in the morning and she is the most miserable person I’ve ever met if I could give her a negative star rating I would I used to stop there and get coffee in the morning but not anymore. I really feel bad for the old lady that has to work with her all day

I have been to a lot of 7/11 from San Diego to New Jersey, Portland to West Palm Beach, and this is one of the few I will bother rating.They actually had cheddar cheese. Not processed cheese product, but Yancey's Fancy Sharp Cheddar. And some crackers. I love cheese and crackers, so finding that at a 7/11 was a real treat.Good beer selection as well, the staff were friendly and helpful, and in the summer there is a sidewalk outside. Which is nice. If you're walking.

They will try to cheat you out of your change. The gentleman that cashed me out said that there was a coin shortage and could not give me my change, that is not my fault, and he could have said that and told me that they are only accepting credit cards. He could round my change up and give me more. What a joke.

I get hot water there a lot and lately it has been very slow and many times there is brownish/ red stuff in the waterSince this review the water is running much better and is cleaner.....brownish/ red stuff isn't in the water as often
