I used this kennel for the first time to board my cat while I went on vacation for a week and couldn't be happier with his stay! The staff, Nicole and Sophia, are very friendly and attentive and the facility is very clean. My cat and his things were very clean when I picked them up. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others! Thank you for taking such good care of B and giving me peace of mind knowing we have a place we trust to care for him while we are away.

Great place for dogs. My two dogs go here at least four times a year, last time for 10 days. The dogs are super excited when they get dropped off, and just as excited to be picked up. The staff is great and spend a lot of time with the dogs.

Booked with them for a last minute Christmas vacation 10 days ago & was told that our dog needs updated shots. No big deal. Made an appointment, got the shots. Arrived today and was told that the shots needed to be 7 days in advance and they wont take our dog. That kind of information should be told to people on the phone when they're booking reservations, but clearly thats not happening.So here I am about to leave for a vacation and I'm stuck, a few days before Christmas. Customer service is non-existent. I was told by the person at the desk that this happens frequently, so clearly they leave people in charge that dont know what they're doing. They couldn't reach the owners for advice on what to do.Thanks for nothing.

Our beloved pet was dropped off clean and healthy and after a four night stay was picked up absolutely filthy and smelly. He was so sick with diarrhea he needed medical attention. The car also needed a deep cleaning. I will never use this facility again.

My dog loves it their. They always greet him by his name, and he is always super excited to go inside. I also appreciate how clean it always is. Nice customer service! Very friendly!

The drop off was great with the assistant/employee, I wish I remember her name, very nice, understanding and accommodating young lady. But Unfortunately the pick up was totally different. The owner was very unfriendly, uninviting and kind of rude.I don't think we will use this place again.
