My daughter's family were staying nearby. It was the hottest day of summer, and decided to take our grandkids swimming at the town beach. Location on Lake George is beautiful. Swim area/level was perfect for the kids. We all had a great time.Playground: Yes there's a good playground.Dog-friendliness: Dog-friendly park.Picnic area: Picnic area available.

Great location to picnic or just hang out with the full family. Swing sets and slides for the kids, a visitor's center, a convenient parking. Convenience stores, shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Great view of the lake.

Beautiful and serene with lots of grass to layout a blanket and sand at the shoreline. There's also a few tables to picnic, also has a playground for kids. A great find in a gorgeous town.

Very clean. Picnic tables, kids play area, grass to picnic on, and then the sandy beach to water. Lake so clean you can see the bottom. Rest rooms are clean. Hague market around the corner for any food needs. Great lunches!Playground: Nice assortment of rides from toddler to teenager.Restrooms: Clean and in working order.Picnic area: Picnic tables on grass make it nice to go bare foot like a carpet.

This is a nice little beach with great views across a wide part of Northern Lake George. We love coming here with our boys for beach, swimming, and playground. There is a large lawn here, with a handful of shade trees scattered throughout, making it a great spot for a picnic and running around. Bring some bug repellent for the evenings. In the summer, they hand weekly concerts which are super chill--just bring a lawn chair and dinner, or get some food at the food trucks that are usually there during concert events. Free parking for boats and cars. Highly recommend walking up to the Hague Market for a deli or breakfast sandwich.Playground: A bit dated but our 5yo and 7yo love it.Restrooms: Free restrooms are well-maintained.

Nice tiny beach park. There is not much public access on Lake George so this is a welcome respite. There is a nice boat landing and swimming beach that is good for children. Not much parking and most is for residents.

Clean and beautiful spot. Loved the playground for our young daughter. Grateful for a lifeguard at the beach. Beach scene is beautiful. Water was a bit muddy but not their fault. 😊 So grateful this place is open to the public for free❤️

This place was great, free 2 hour public dock, a park. We were there during a small concert there was food trucks and ice cream. The attendants were great and the visitor center was cool. It has nice bathrooms and the park was super clean.

Good spot for a picnic on a sunny day. Visitors have free access to the sprawling lawns and can lounge in the benches by the water. There’s a park to keep the kids busy as well.

A must stop while driving through Hague 9N. Nice park, clean bathrooms, information stand. Walk the dock. They have benches and plenty of beautiful scenery. Boat launch is $15 for non-residents.

The Hague Park area is beautiful nice and shady on hot days with cool breezes under the trees. The flower beds are nicely manicured but could use a little extra touch but they're beautiful just the same the bathrooms ( public) we're clean freshly mopped no graffiti very nice. Walkways were clear of debris posters of upcoming events are helpful to pass her by and local campers of events to come and Hague. The lawns to the beach were nicely caught in a well-kept and manicured. A very nice place to stop along the main road easy to locate and find.

Parking is difficult and not much of it but beautiful park and friendly people.Once you get past the darker water closer to beach the water clears right upThis area has few areas to actually get to the water unless you are renting a place so one of the few public water access points unfortunately

This is a nice, quiet little beach area. There is a large grassy area with large picnic tables and a small sandy beach area. There are bathrooms here as well. Definitely consider bringing water shoes if some harmless murky water will gross you out.

Such a beautiful overlook of Lake George! The Adirondacks who wouldn't want to be out there? Fresh air away from all the pandemic refreshing Reviving places along this wonderful Lake. The food is spectacular at the local restaurants. Highly would recommend any trip up to this wonderful place

Great place to take your family while in Hague. Kids can walk directly into the lake and there are two sections roped off, a shallow and deep end. The playground equipment is in pretty good shape too. There are a few picnic tables to eat at, as well as some trees to put your stuff down in the shade.Grab a towel, bring a snack and have some fun.

Great little beach, shallow enough for kids. Great lawn dotted with just the right amount of trees for shade. There are public bathroom and a boat launch (fee applies for launching a boat unless you’re a town resident) available as well during their operating hours.

Nice clean beach with swimming area that contains a sand bottom. It's a beautiful view, a nice breeze, had a play ground, and restroom. Quick walk to Hauge Market for sandwiches, beverages, and ices.

July 4 fireworks were amazing! Band played and was really good; vendors sold funnel cakes and glow sticks. Recommend seeing the fireworks here; nice little playground for the kids and nice docks. Bring your bug spray in the evening!

Beach in Hague is best for younger kids, shallow and small swim area marked off. Playground and picnic tables. Small marina there too. You can put a kayak in here and paddle to Lake George Park islands nearby. Swimming there is better for adults and teens.

Really nice, small beach & park. It was the perfect place to sit & relax with a book. Great views & not at all crowded. Parking is free & easy to access.

Having grown up in Bolton and pre med in Burlington, I am truly embarrassed to say, I never knew Hague had a beach. 😆. Hague has held on to what makes LG a one of a kind wonder. Congrats. Bolton Landing? Not so much. Met nice folks and will return. Thank you Hague! Now only if my Dugout Bar was still standing!

Such a nice place to hang out with the family, very friendly staff at the visitor center. We had a great rest day here in between some epic adventures in the Adirondacks.
