Just got a pallet of wood pellets. Every single bag was wet. I don't think that they are supposed to be double stacked the way the do at this location. Last pallet was great. Good pellets just stored improperly. Buyer be ware!

The pet grooming station here is absolutely disgusting. I will never bring any of my pets back here. They charged me over $10 to wash my dog in a damp, moldy, smelly room with dirty wet towels everywhere. Majority of the equipment was broken or damaged as well. When I tried to tell the staff they just laughed and said "yea it's always like that" Too disgusting to even wash a dog.

I don’t know about shopping here but delivering here is a nightmare. I been there a couple times and it’s one of my least favorite stores. First time the guy greeted me at 5am with a “We’ll be with you in a few minutes “ I got the impression they hate truck drivers at that store and even more so the second time. They keep all their junk all over the places you need to maneuver the truck into the ramp. Making it tighter than it already is. Very rude and inconsiderate employees. I got the impression that management is rude and that’s why the employees are rude too. I hope I never get assigned this store ever again.

Good clothing selection today with a clearance rack which is a plus!! Also got my granddaughter her first & second pair of Carhartt overalls & shortalls with shirts to match. Always find something awesome for the home as well, 2 Watermelon 🍉 Candles !! Staff was greeting & helping people, very friendly here ☺️

I cannot say enough about how awesome Amanda and Renee are as employees!! Guilderland Tractor Supply is the best place around for Dog food and other pet stuff ... Amanda and Renee took the time to help me figure out exactly what I was needing... Great Store and very sweet employees!!!

Tried to purchase a riding tractor through this store going way out of my way past 2 more local stores since this store had the item in stock. Ordered online for pickup got confirmation next day. I went to pick up later in that day to find out the item was sold before I walked in. Left with no item and an empty truck with trailer that I towed out of the way. I would not recommend.Update to reply below - I called corporate today at that number and they were unable to assist other than saying they will contact district management. The rep continued to indicate the item shows as not picked up.Update: changing from 1 star to 3 since TSC customer service showed true to their customer. Although this situation should not have arose, This TSC store was able to make good on this purchase and locate and deliver to me. An inconvenience to me but I’m glad they were able to follow through.

Very grateful for Vet Robin Solomon and her staff who we watched through the glass care for our dog who developed a terrible allergy/eye infection. With patience and skill cleansed his wounds thoroughly and went above and beyond to give us guidance and recommended meds to treat at home. I can confidently say, only 3 days in and the antibiotics and eye salve are helping tremendously! The eye redness is virtually gone and swelling decreased. We wait to see if hair will return around the eye. Once again our appreciation and thanks for the wonderful care!!!

3:30 pm me and my mom had brought our dogs over to get shots as we needed rabies shot. It was TERRIBLE SERVICE! There were people there at 1 pm still waiting dogs trying to attack each other and staff taking forever. There were people coming in 6:30 and the staff had to deny them. When it was our turn after 7 pm the actual vet tech was insanely rude to our dog and not only me but my mother. I will never go back to do dog shots through tractor supply.

I'd like to share my experience visiting tractor supply today. Everybody that I spoke with was extremely helpful but one employee went above and beyond. I went there looking for an item that's large and in high demand. The website said that you could only buy it at the store so I drove to the store about 13 miles away. When I was there I took a while walking around and thinking about things I might need for my home repair projects. I did not see the item I went there for, but I picked up a few other things. While checking out I asked the cashier if she could help me figure out how to get the item I was looking for which is a 2 ft x 2 ft x 6 ft stock tank. People use these either as garden elements or hydration stations for their livestock. I needed it for the former. She called Matt over to help. He checked in the back and confirmed that they didn't have any for sale but he did know that there was some out front that had some plants in it. He offered to remove the plants give me a 5% discount because it was slightly used. Seeing as this item is hard to get I happily agreed. He cleaned it out & rinsed it off and helped me get it into my vehicle. I actually wasn't sure if it would even fit in my car but he helped me try to troubleshoot that as well. I was able to get the item I went there for thanks to this young man's willingness to go above and beyond. The only reason I'm giving tractor supply 4stars is because I noticed during my time there that the employees were trying their best but the store did not provide them with very good communication tools. They are trying their hardest corporate !! Please give them better tools to be able to communicate with each other. The store will run more smoothly and be more efficient and maybe the lines won't be as long, and I'm sure your employees would appreciate it.

I shop there all the time for dog & cat food, treats etc & there is a wide variety to choose from. The staff is always very friendly & more than helpful. Prices are reasonable & conveniently located. I would recommend the store to anyone.

A well-stocked farm & garden store, lots of pet and animal feed and supplies, tools, equipment and seeds. Their clothing and footwear area seems complete and even has plus sizes. The personnel are helpful and friendly. It's a nice neighborhood store. There are pet clinics held there on many Sunday mornings.

I cannot speak for products other than the cat and dog food we get. But, I can say that the pet food we get fits our budget, and our lifestyle. We have 5, yes 5, cats. We get the 18 lb bag of "4health" indoor cat formula. It usually lasts us about 3-4 weeks. Our cats seem to enjoy it, and they do not have adverse reactions.

This place has everything for large and small animals. Fair pricing, nice helpful people.The also have on Sunday afternoon a small animal health clinic. They have taken care of my dogs shots and health. Very inexpensive.

Go every week for dog food. They sometimes don't have enough in stock. Have also bought toys and clothing for grandchildren. My son has purchased winter clothes and work boots. Have always been satisfied with purchases.

Well my husband was trying to get something on a top shelf which was probably not the right thing to do but a very loud cashier yelled over to him in front of a lot of customers and completely embarassed us. She is loud and very annoying. When she’s cashing people out you can hear her in the back of the store not everyone needs to know how much your spending. She continued to have words with my husband in which she should have been apologizing. I just was very embarassed that she felt the need to be so rude. We spend quite a bit of money there monthly and felt this should be addressed.

I love this store, meaning I could find a use for one of every item they sell. I imagine it's a great place if you run a farm, which I don't. My only experience with them is buying and picking up tons of wood pellets. The staff is always helpful and friendly but they seem perpetually understaffed and it can take a few minutes to find somebody. The 'help' desk that I am so often directed to has never been occupied. That said, they know how to load my truck without breaking it (weight towards the cab side of the bed as opposed to the tailgate side) and the few returns I've made have been no questions asked and a breeze. I only give them 4 stars because an extra employee or two would make everyone's day a bit easier.

Haven't been to this store in a while stopped by cause I was in town . Cashier was the most UNHELPFUL person I ever encountered would not answer my question .was trying to buy water softener salt I asked is it outside or in side she answered by the dogfood isle asked again where to pick it up she walked over pulled out a cart and again said dogfood isle had to find an associate to ask where.wont be back

prime time to visit is around now because they have the chicks out. the rating is pretty much because of them and because they have a good variety of stuff for my rabbits. -1 star because things are out of stock often and this time they didn't have baby ducks.

Purchased the MoJack 550 lawn tractor lift. Ordered online for curbside pick up which was easy and response time to bring my item out was less than 10 mins. The problem was when I got home to set up the lift, I found it was very clear the item was a return and had been used before someone brought it back to the store. There was scuff marks on the paint and dirt on the straps and wheels.Not happy paying for a new product when they threw a used one back on the shelf. It works and all the parts are there, so I’m not going to complain that much about it, but not happy this is the way they sell items. At least inform the customers they will take money off due to being used.

Great grain free dog food options that will not break the bank. 4 health is their brand and very affordable, even their non "grain free" has no corn, wheat (gluten), soy, or byproducts. These are the worst things in dog food, and highest allergens. Our dogs have sensitive stomach and skin, and their 4 health in chicken, or lamb are very gentle. It is just as good, if not better than brands like blue buffalo, and a out 1/2 thr price! My girls also do well on the grain free sport mix brand, $35 for 40lbs! It comes in many flavors. The employees will bring the large bags to the car for you, and these brands also have reasonable priced treats. Their toys and leashes are basic, priced similar to other stores, although they do have a rewards program with coupons and special offers. They also have food and care products for every known animal, warm work clothing, country decor, and excellent specials on pet beds, esp at the holidays. Large nice plaids and fleece beds, $10! If you have never gone, try it before petsmart or petco, esp for the very reasonable prices on their 4 health food. Also most locations offer vet and shot clinics on the weekends, for very reasonable prices. One last thing, in spring time, go and hold a baby chick, duck, or bunny, it will change your life! Those tiny creatures are better then xanax!
