The store is clean and well organized and when I ask for assistance the crew here steps right up to help. Megan and Karissa and everyone else I worked with was great.

I picked up heavy items for my trailer. The store employees are always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I want to personally thank Austin. He not only helped me load many heavy items but thought me how to use the straps I recently purchased. He was very patient and made sure I knew exactly how to use them before I left the store. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you to Austin and the other workers at this Tractor Supply location!

This tractor supply in greenwhich has gone downhill since the good manager left and other associates. We were there and paid for hardwood pellets and two associates plus the manager was very rude. One even told me to get in my car so until there’s a change we won’t be stopping there no more. Our stove doesn’t take softwood pellets and there was no reason for the associate to go around to the truck for pellets when there was stacks of them were we parked. Very rude people working at that store now

I buy all my animal supplies here except for one very particular cat food. Everyone is nice and helpful. Also propane by the pound not a set refill charge so you only pay for what you need to fill your tank...

I love tractor supply, but I wish they had more made in USA items. The hardware and tools all seem to be Chinese junk.They have great selection of dog food. The food we feed our puppies is cheaper than anywhere else at TSC.I suppose that's to get you in the door, because I always find something else I "need"This time it was a wire fence tool. Last time it was string for the DR trimmer.They have a lot of stuff I need for the farm packed into a small store. The staff is always friendly and usually knows what they are talking about.

I got here about 19 hours before my appointment time and they took me right away. Gave me a place to take my 10 hrs break. Very nice and helpful employees.

Employees were rude. Guy came in without a mask. Clerk askes if he had a mask, he appologized and said "sorry i left mine in my work van and have my other vehicle", they providee him one. But then goes and complains with everyone hearing "are you kidding me, how dare he come in without a mask! Its the law! Trying to make the man feel bad. He didnt argue he thanked her for the the mask. The law is mask whe 6 foot distancing is not possible. Maybe this crude lady should read the law before bashing the guy over the law. And she shouldnt have been so loud about it. Sure there were very few people in the store but its unprofessional

They drug test employees just so they can be sober enough to sell the same man the same pair of gloves every other week because "I'll be damned if they ain't running off when I set em down to do the daily milking! Those ol' girls got me so distracted, but don't they all?!?"

Quick greeting and help finding a specific item I was seeking. They didn't have this one item, but I was half-tempted to wander the place (which I normally have not visited before) because there is a TON of stuff there. Alas, I was in a hurry.

I have found long ago that some time it is cheaper in the long run to buy from knowledgeable people, they are nice but I buy my grain from a mom and pop feed mill and am much happier with the way my goats look they make me a customer mix that is high in copper that is wonderful thanks BHF
