Gail is the most hard working woman I know. The care that she has for each and every animal is definitely best provided by Gail. My dog came out happier then she was when she went in, and that has never happened before going to Gail! Not only does she make your dog feel comfortable, but she does an amazing job. I brought my puppy here a couple of weeks ago. I picked him up and his fur was completely chopped up. Patches of long hair all over. After, she told me she couldn't clip his nails because he had a tendency of "throwing himself around." Okay I can understand that, if it was the truth. She then told me to bring him to the vets to get his nails clipped? The cut was $45 dollars. I asked her if that included the price of the nails being cut, because my mother had brought her dog there, which is bigger, and only paid $30 for cut and nails trimmed. Her answer was "different dog, different sizes." Still puzzled about what that means, seeing how she still charged me $45 dollars that included a cut and nail cut. And my dog being smaller than my mothers dog. I should have listened to my mother when she said the haircut for her dog looked terrible. But I figured i would give her a chance being that her shop was right there in town.Zero rating, and do not suggest anyone to bring their pups there.

So I wanted to share my experience with this grooming salon because I'm afraid for other pets so I had an appointment for my small dog the lady sounded very nice on the phone I wanted something closer than my usual which I go to Saratoga when I walked in and it looked very Run down and old there were animals running freely around and also a bird on the desk this was a little peculiar to me but I decided to talk to the lady anyway she was grooming a dog on the table which she had attached around the neck to the table she left the dog on attended and as she was talking to me the dog tried to get off the table and started choking itself I started yelling saying the dog the dog she did get the dog in time but to say the least I did not stay this is not to hurt anyone but this is to inform other customers that maybe they should think twice about going here I wanted to stay to see who picked up the dog but I did not have the time this is unacceptable you have to be aware what's going on at all times with living breathing things ...
