My experience today. I walked in found what I wanted. Wanted to know if a regular register would be open because I don't like to promote self checkouts as a customer. She said no and I said ok I just don't want to use the self check out. She took my item and said she was going to do it on "her register" which is self check out. I thought I said politely no thank you I will just come back when a regular register is open. I proceeded to leave when she snapped, you can come back but your going to find it the same way. I happen to know that sometimes registers are open, but because I felt I was being treated rudely I don't feel real comfortable going back in to even try. When she said you can come back but it will be the same way, I said I guess I will not be back then. I went to Walgreens where they have the same thing and a bonus of actual cashier's working on actual registers. Cvs has competition it is not the only game around so stop trying to force the self checkout machines on people. Be condescending to the customer and they will go elsewhere.

The pharmacy is an absolute trainer wreck, customer service throughout is terrible, worst experience, do not recommend to anyone who needs medication to live a healthy life.

Went to the store for a jar of Folgers instant coffee at 2.99 The manager? scanned the card and said it was 8.49 . The offer to only me was sent to my email , she said it didn't show on the card , so there wasn't anything that could be done other than going back home and doing a printout and then returning . She basically questioned me as to facts that led to me being a liar [ without saying it verbatim ] . Totally rude and very unprofessional , if I was her employer I would fire her in a heartbeat . I buy very few items at CVS because of people like her . We get all our scripts at Hannaford .

Tried filling an eye drop prescription and they told me that the health insurance didn't cover it. I asked what the equivalent would be for an over the counter and she told me to call my doctor. I am pretty sure their job is to help you with that sort of thing.I was also told that my name is spelled wrong and MUST contain a U.On another occasion My mom went to pick up a prescription for me and was told there was nothing there but then I called 30 minutes later and they said yes it's here and ready to be filled. I guess they couldn't take an extra step to find out. There's more but I'm out if room. Simply put, very rude and not helpful.

Horrible service. More accurately No Service! Tonight I attempted to run in for a few quick items. I found what I needed through the dirty and cluttered isles then walked over to the register. I was met by a small yellow sign instructing me to ring a bell for service. Next to the sign was a small cow bell. I rang the bell several times and waited patiently until I realized the one employee was talking to a different customer on the other end of the store. I left the items on the desk and bought the same items for a cheaper price at Hannaford.If you are in a hurry both Hannaford and Dollar General employ cashiers during business hours and I’ve found them to have better prices.

To say CVS Pharmacy in Greenwich, NY has earned me never setting foot in there again, is an understatement. The short version, I ordered prints for Dad's funeral through their online print service, got confirmation they would be ready, got confirmation they had printed and were ready for pickup. and when Mom showed up "Oh, our online printing has been down for over two weeks"

BEWARE WHEN FILLING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES HERE!!! your prescription will OFTEN come up short. When it does, there will be no surprise or actions to correct by pharmacy workers, just a blank stare and a "nothing we can do". It seems to be a problem with this particular store since many of us (2 men, 3 women BTW 27-47)have shared similar experiences regardless of who is working or when. If you must fill here, COUNT YOUR MEDICATION IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF THEM & the CAMERAS or say goodbye to your MEDICINE. Police cannot help.The rest of the store is as it should be.

I use CVS up and dow the east coast when I travel and never have a problem, but this particular CVS lately their incompetence outshines thier professionalism ,it might be time to switch

Why when you walk into a cvs do they sell sugar all the way back from front of the store and free flu shots - How do you sell one of the worst chemicals ( sugar) and then go trotting back to the Pharm and get a medication that in a lots of times make you more sick look up the side effects to blood pressure meds don't get me wrong the staff is very pro they tell you just what they are told to tell you from the big pharmacy. i could go on sooooo lets all get a snickers bar (priced low than most stores) and wait for the symptom

Is a great pharmacy the staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist who was a red head was spectacularly helpful and cute. A wonderful pharmacy to get things accomplished. Love the attention.

I feel this store has greatly improved since I moved here in 2014. As far as the store and store employees I have never encountered rude staff and they are always helpful. They now have a drive thru, the motor shop is no longer next door (fumes)

Lady at the register is so rude and has no patience... I was having card issues and she had to redo the order and was so angry at me i had. A VERY SICK CRYING KID..... Then she started talking about me to the customer next in line.. Im sure they could find somebody who needed a job who has patience and very good customer service
