The "kids" that work in this store were absolutely amazing! So polite, so helpful, and quick to offer help. The store was THE cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in. Kudos to you all! You should be proud of yourselves. I drove 25 miles to pick up an order and I was blessed by their service!

I'm really enjoying this store. (It's a gigantic step-up from the old KMART.) I always find fantastic deals, they have fantastic sales and coupons. The store itself is neat, clean and organized and their staff has always been friendly and helpful. They also are good about rotating in new inventory.

We stopped in for a great deal on a pop-up tent and found an even better deal on a charcoal grill. Perfect anniversary gifts for each other!

It was going all good until they would not honor the sticker price. It said exactly what is was and their computer read different. Said 49.99 and computer said 59.99. Proved to them 3 times and they still would not honor it. So I did what any working American would do. Told them to Fu€k off.

Been here three times. First time was nice, big change since Kmart was there. Second time, took awhile to cash out as there was an item that wasn't registering with their system. Third time is why I took a star away. I was waiting to get cashed out for a solid 10 minutes. First register had a manager with a new hire getting instructed on his first day. When she was done with him, she looked at me and proceeded to leave the register. Second register had a woman taking care of a customer, cashed them out, again looked directly at me and left her register. Third register had a woman who was signing up for rewards and then had to get the phone and help someone before she could me because the other two had left her there alone.

I wanted to buy couch and love seat .the young man in Grandville go all the information I need and the store only had the love seat. Due to the virus we could order it. But how long would I have to Waite.he called Greenwich they had two sets. He was unable to sell them to us because it's a different store. I feel he deserved the recognition for his great job helping us. He should get the Sale and recognition. I made a big purchase a large purchase. I would love to get a email telling me the Manger reworded the young man for sale.Even know I had to go to greenwich .i believe it was thanks to him

Went in to buy a replacement ,futon mattress, a floor worker asked ,if we needed to find anything ....we were standing by the futon mattress display ,so asked about buying one ,she said she would go see ,what they had outback ,and would be back with us directly ,we stood at least a half hour ,before getting restless ,and started looking around at options close by ,keeping an eye out for her ,she never came back ,finally as we were leaving ,we say her working at the check out

Surprisingly affordable furniture that holds up. Very good coffee K cup prices with wide selection. Good place for holiday decor and seasonal goods. Great for snacks that you won't find everywhere else.

Layout of the store was great and everything well organized and displayed beautifully. Staff was courteous and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for plus a few extra goodies on clearance. Very happy to have this store come into town!

Place is a wreck, nothing on shelf is in proper spots ,no idea what anything cost,and then when you get to register there isn't one item you have that matched any price on shelf where you took it from, totally unorganized,

We need more places to shop and big lots has what you need without going farther to Saratoga or the big trip over the boarder to vt. It’s a happy medium for my family we live in Salem. If we need a gift, random family household item or really almost anything we can call and save some miles and money. Thank you big lots for being local for all of us during these hard times. COVID 19 has made local people afraid of local and especially out of town businesses. Close to home just feels safer, my family is thankful for big lots

You won't find the best brands, but you'll find some great bargains. Always check the Best-By dates on perishables. It may be in two weeks.
