I have been a customer at the Greenwich Aubuchon for 20 years. It is the best. From day one Aaron has been outstanding. He is a great leader and it reflects in his employees, young and old. Always greeted with a smile and assisted with eagerness. The few times I’ve had to make a return or exchange it was done without hesitation or issue. I can go on and on and on…but suffice to say that Aaron and his people are outstanding.

It is so convenient having a "home town" hardware store. My wife and I have been going to Aubuchon for years. Aaron and the rest of the staff are always super friendly and helpful. We buy our wood pellets here every year as well as a lot of hardware and plumbing supplies over the years. The best part is that they are pet friendly and always welcome us when we have one of our dogs with us. Aubuchon usually has what I'm looking for to finish any number of home improvement projects!

This place is amazing. Especially Dean Loy. He's always giving me restaurant recommendations, including his favorite hot dog spot. The staff has great knowledge about all of their products and even has the best little toy section this side of the Mississippi!

My grandparents practically live here when they’re working on a project, and I accompany them on occasion and we’re always greeted with wonderful customer service. Whether it be Eli asking if he can help us find anything, or Matthew checking our supply’s out in a very kind manner. This place rocks. Efficient and helpful, never don’t have a product needed for our projects.

This is a very nice place. This place has a wide variety of products that are also good-quality, and the staff is also very nice at this place. My favorite staff member is Eli, when I was looking for something, he happily took his time to help me find it, overall, an amazing place, highly recommend!

There’s a woman who works here who is so knowledgeable and helpful with selecting tools. A few weeks ago I explained that my last spade that I bought somewhere else broke on day 1 after hitting rock and she walked me through the options that fit best. Today when I came back to buy a pole saw she remembered me! Is that customer service or what? All the staff I’ve interacted with have been great, she just went above and beyond. And the store in general has just the right balance of selection—I know that when I need something for working on my property I can stop by without checking their website because somehow they always have what I need! Multiple options for saws, hardware fabric, potting soil, camping chairs, shovels, tarps, cement mix, trowels, paint, battery-run lanterns, even dog supplies! Clearly I’m a fan.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that I received this week buying a new grill. I was told detailed information on caring for the grill and even some advise on how the old one could be repaired. Since I was not into buying new parts etc. I chose the new Weber grill, which was delivered and they removed the old one. This made things so easy and I was able to use it immediately. All this service was done cheerfully and courteously.

Kudos to the staff at our Greenwich Aubuchon. During their busiest moment I have ever seen, the staff worked diligently to checkout the customers in the most efficient way possible. When the rush subsided their concern for the customers that waited for a couple minutes weighed heavy on them. I assured them that their efforts were recognized. Every register was covered and the staff served their customers with the sense of urgency and friendliness.

Max, was a great help. I walked in and said I needed help starting a project. He was helpful, and knowledgeable. When I walk in I always get a friendly, "Hello!" I love the home town family feel. I ordered supplies for an upcoming storm from aubuchon on line . I received 30% of my order which sure helped in these trying times. My order was ready in less than an hour. I go to Aubuchon often. The sales clerks are very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help carry heavy loads to my truck. They are good with returns. The prices can be a little high on certain items, but the customer service is excellent.
