Honestly hardly ever do reviews but this is the 3rd time we have gotten something with mold on it from this store. It was meat the first two times and now a cheese platter. It is insane to me that this location has 3.9 stars. I don’t know who puts the food out but they need their vision checked because to buy from this store three times and 3/3 times something has mold on it is disgusting. I strongly recommend you make the drive to Hanaford, or even settle with a trip to Cumberland farms. Tops has zero pride in the quality of their product.

Clean nice store great people working there. Prices are much higher than say a Walmart grocery. Because of the higher cost I can't give it more than 3 stars

The staff is not bad, but they don't cater to senior citizens which is most of Greenville, New York and where I live. They don't take certain cards that we have from because they don't accept them. I wish they did that I can spend my money off at my own top stores that are driving all the way to Walmart to spend it. It's just a thought I don't know what you'll do anything about it but whatever

Good if you need something in a pinch. Prices are a little high compared to most other supermarkets. If you have the choice though I would shop elsewhere.

I can only shop the sales. Prices are astronomical. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and I'm scared! I purchase my groceries at Dollar General & Family Dollar.

Overall clean store conveniently close to the house. One big issue I have with Tops is the prices they are seriously the top prices of the area. All there products are more expensive here. The staff needs training as well not all of them but most do just very unhelpful and looking like they don't want to be there. From the deli department to the cashier please help them with training with all that extra cash you get from your customers.

I would have given 5 stars but the bakery lady not only ignored are first attempt to ask about cakes. She shut the lights off our second attempt after we found the cakes our self. I asked if it was closed and she was not friendly. The deli staff was fantastic, I placed my order over phone to pick up. He cut the meat perfect, cashier was super nice and patient. I would shop in tops it was clean and staff seemed nice, just avoid the bakery department.

Lots of reviews state staff was friendly, but I must have caught them all on a bad day. They were all quiet, not helpful and looked miserable. Store is clean, but the prices are kind of high compared to most other grocery stores. Set up of store and aisles are strange, not a large variety of brands to choose from for various products

I like the convince of this store it's always clean. What I do not like is the self check out is the worst system so I won't use it. All the staff are very pleasant except the one heavy set short haired blonde she is terrible acts like me buying food is inconveniencing her life and throwing your food as hard as she can after scanning it so avoid her at all cost

Good in a pinch if you need to grab something, but l never do main shopping here. Too expensive. Plus the front entry has smelled of rotten beer for over 25 years .... for the love, do something about it. I could enter blindfolded and deaf and know where l was from the smell alone upon entry.

NO MATER WHAT DO NOT GOPlease just go to a different marketThe prices are terrible as well half a watermelon is 15$!! when a whole one is 5$ anywhere else and you are not paying for qualityI live in the area and have a friend who has worked there for years they constantly tell me story's of unprofessionalism and terrible practices on top of the outrageous prices, the employees are paid minimum wage and told there hours the day before they have to work so they can never plan anything I have also shopped here before and seen many of the produce and meet items rotting and molding in there packaging the entire store is a mess and the employees are treated the worst of any place I know there is a person in one of the different nearby stores who is mentally disabled and they have worked there for years and he has to work 16 hour days and they even tell him he only has a 15 minute break! The employees are not to be blamed for not being perfect especially when the shop they work for abuses them

In town visiting for the week and this was my 1st time ever shopping at Tops Friendly Market and I Am happy with the service I received, All staff I spoke with were very friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable /competitively priced. The cashier even used a spare "Tops Discount Card" as I don't have my own! Recommend to anyone that needs to go shopping for a family or grab an few things for yourself.

For the past 3 year i have shopped at this store. I have to say for the most part, im happy with it. Prices are a bit higher than what im used to. But its convenient to where i live. The subs are awesome, fresh baked section is good and they do and a diverse selection of products.Today was the last straw......i cannot stand the fresh produce. I have no idea who is in charge of it but they are failing themselves, the store and community with what they call "fresh produce " the broccoli i looked at today was moldy, dry, and limp. The cauliflower looked like it was rotting in the packaging. I didnt look at everything else cause i was finally disgusted enough to just have to walk by.For the love of god Tops, step up your game or let Market 32 show ya how its done.

Was very poor experience. No prices on half the stuff on sale, no one working anywheres except cashiers and floor cleaner to help. They will never bag your stuff and the cashier started throwing my vegetables to the end and pushing my stuff till i said he could wait for me to catch up on bagging . Will do all my major shopping at pc or shoprite and save small needs for this store only. Use to be a nice store.

Friendly place to shop including incredible deal 5 for $19.95 which includes: mashed potatoes, mac&cheese, sausage, chicken nuggets, hamburger, steak, chicken thighs or breast, bacon. Thanks for that deal. Reminds Florida's WinDixie supermarkets during the football season.Deli make delicious sandwiches too by using variety of local merchandise.All is good besides that fact that concentration towards meats are great but fish/ seafood are cut down. Lax-smoked salmon, herring, fresh fish are hard to find.Thanks and Happy Holidays to All!!!

Clean store that is usually quiet. There are never long lines. The only local place we go to for fresh sandwiches. Watch the meat as we have gotten some on the cusp of spoiling. That was a while ago however but, we are still careful if we buy meat there.

I ordered a sub from the deli. 2 things I asked to be put on the sub; extra roast beef, and oil and vinegar. I got home and opened it, and there was almost no meat on it at all, absolutely no oil and vinegar, and they put lettuce on it. I called the deli to let them know that what I got was wrong, and I got nothing but attitude. The employee's name sounded like Elisha (it was a guy) and he was extremely rude, and hung up on me when I informed him that my food was made the wrong way. Worst service I've ever gotten. Absolutely ridiculous. I order from there quite often, and have never had a problem. But, I've never encountered this specific employee, and he had no reason to be as rude as he was, and hang up on me. Horrible customer service on his part.

Always clean and easy to find what we need. Workers are always helpful and courteous. Absolutely love the fruit for kids program!! Kiddos snack happy and we shop with out them wanting all the junk and whines of hunger.

It is difficult to give this supermarket a high rating. The strongest most positive observation i can make are the staff. Professional and top shelf. The store clean but I am tired of seeing pails catching leaks from the roof year after year. Invest the money and fix it. Their sales are not really sales. Item is usually not on the shelf when the sale begins. Items are inferior ex. Frozen vegetable are freezer burned. Meat sales are back loaded with pre sale price way too high. Produce is standard quality nothing special. The store standards are in need of an upgrade. Ex. I was in search of capers, staff couldn't find any. They weren't quite sure what they were. One individual told me they were seasonal.....I mean really, they are in a vinegar brine. Anyway point being I find myself more often than I should driving to Hannaford in Cario or PriceChopper in Slingerlands. But I suppose many do, I alway run into Greenville people in those stores. I look forward to the upcoming Topps acquisition by Price Chopper.
