Pretty big stop and shop. Has a nice size deli and produce section. Lots of parking being in bay terrace shopping center. It is more expensive than other supermarkets close by. In a pinch it's a good store to go to.

this is the nearest grocery store to me and i regret it every time I go. the produce isn’t as bad as others day but it is just MISSING a lot - no avocados some days, no zucchinis another….the stock is so inconsistent. i have been to other stop and shops that always have these items stocked so i dont understand why this store doesn’t. in general it is just a pain shopping here as they never have everything on my grocery list. i’d rather drive to a further away market with better stock than go here.

Usually go to Whole Foods, yet was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and selection here. I came food shopping after a long day working, went to the checkout line, and found Berta to be an absolutely incredible cashier. She was not only so friendly and warm, but incredibly quick, efficient, and great at her job. As somebody who works in the customer service industry, I believe Berta should be wholeheartedly recognized for her work. Thank you!

Prices are ok but the pharmacy staff really need to work on their people skills and respect prescription privacy when speaking about certain medications. I had customers literally standing right behind me and she started naming out my medications. I did ask any questions about my medications at all. I know the medications I take! It was so embarrassing. I literally wanted to start crying. I wish they were more like cvs/Walgreens where there’s a line on the floor that prevents strangers from overhearing you.

Every time I have a prescription sent here, they say they didn't get it and I have to have the doctor's office call them directly to get it straight.What's the problem?

I reported to the from desk ,I lost my card, spanish lady tell me, you will receive in the mail your new card, I still waiting two months after reported, very disappointed with the office.

Clean, well-organized, and often more well-stocked than other supermarkets in the area. The people are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the place is freezing!!! You would expect this from Frozen Foods and Dairy, which are particularly frigid at this location, but the whole store is always cold all the time in my experience. One of the cleanest grocery stores in the area, and they're good about ensuring shelves are restocked throughout the day so you aren't facing rows of empty shelves if you come in later in the evening. Lines are fairly fast moving, good self checkout option. The produce section is hit or miss, sometimes they're slow to clean out produce that has gone off and you have to pick around some really gross stuff, but everything else is good.

I'm in tears as I write this. I waited almost a half hour on 12/23 to return items from my shopping that I accidentally picked up on 12/22. The cashier assured me I could return it.After waiting, the manager Luis was rude and refused to return my items. I do not live in New York and was needing an immediate refund but he refused to do so with no reason. They were perfectly sealed. He also refused to give me his name (I looked at his tag) and corporate phone number or email. He walked away as I was crying.At that point I didn't even want what I had just purchased again. Still he didn't want to return them for me and ushered me and my family out the door.I work in retail and I've never treated a customer this way, nor have I been treated like this before. He and the two cashiers that night need customer service training.

l am a regular customer at this supermarket. I was making a huge purchase that required me to take three separate trips. On the second time through the register, the cashier Lourdes was incredibly rude to me. She then refused to tell me her name when I wanted to complain to the supervisor. I ended up leaving my full shopping cart there at the register and leaving. I returned to find out her name and complain to the supervisor, Edo, who just threw up his hands as if to say there's nothing he can do to prevent his employees from belittling paying customers.

Wow, deli department was not good! The guy that helped me was very negligent! The cheese he sliced was in disarray, some touching the scale, not properly wrapped until i told him to. Pieces of cheese broke off in the bag! This guy either wants to be let go, or resents the customers!I was not expecting this because last time I was at this location, another guy really did a great job! This was the complete opposite!

Been shopping here since we first moved in this area back in 2014. Our experiences have always been great, even during this pandemic. Great helpful staff too! However, sometimes I feel that they should open up more cashiers to avoid long lines for the very limited number of cashiers they have available in that moment. The self-checkout is there too, but sometimes there are customers who cannot process their coupons, or other technical issues, and then it's the same story again for long lines and waits. So please open up more cash registers. Otherwise, it's not too bad.

Many aisles therefore more of a selection of products. Friendly & polite staff of employees. I think the store has to rethink all their downloadable coupons. It takes long enough to write a list of needs & I don't need another app. A sale should just be a sale. Time is precious!

This has become my favorite supermarket as of late. It is a good combination of prices, quality, and convince. They won't have everything here, and not very exotic, but everything else is excellent. Good food quality, clean, excellent customer service. It has a bank AND a pharmacy as well.My other complaint is sometimes dry items can be outdated, energy drinks and certain sauces. Just buyer beware.

I love this store. It has has tremendous variety of items, huge sections for everything, whether it's international, organic, gluten-free, nut-free or pretty much anything. The store is always very clean and neat. The lines go fast. I'm taking away one star because it's not easy to find someone to help....Still, love this location...more than the one in Westbury.

They rarely have hot and ready rotisserie chickens, then when you ask for a voucher as per their guarantee, they act like nobody's ever heard of such a thing, make you wait, call managers, tell you that they'll be ready in 15 minutes. Then if you have a voucher and go to use it the cashiers have no idea what's going on and make you wait for a manager and they don't know what it is either. Such an ordeal when I'm just trying to pick up dinner on my way home from work. So now I just stand here and wait while my frozen things melt in my cart.

The checkout staff are friendly and helpful, and the selection is good. There is also an indoor bottle return area at the back of the store, so you don't have to stay out in the heat or cold. Plastic bag returns are in the front entry which is convenient. There is always lots of parking available.

Big clean store, plenty of parking, well maintained, and well organized.Conveniently located at a busy intersection, but both entrances are located a distance from the intersection. It's not near my home but a frequent stop for me when I visit my daughter's family.Located in the beautiful Wheatley plaza.

Large selection but the isles are tight and jammed with displays. Not really cleaned well. Simple stuff is kinda hard to find even with labeled isles.Fish and meats are fresh. A little bit on the expensive side if you dont go for the sales so beware, there are cheaper locations.

Decent place to shop for groceries but the issue I have is that there are times when they don't have stock of items common items. Sometimes they just haven't stocked their shelves or gotten a shipment of product. It's not bad if you're not looking for specific brands.
