They always do a great job grooming our pup. We went for a walk immediately after her appointment and she received multiple compliments. I also recommended P.P.D. to one of the other dog owners who was dissatisfied with his current groomer. I like that they are careful to keep up with vaccinations in order to keep all of their clients dogs healthy.

The friendliest staff!! They are great with grooming my 100lb dog and are so helpful and attentive with their customers. They often deliver food and goods to our door and call to ask if we need refills so that they can order what we need ahead of time!

I brought my older dog here because his nails were getting long and the other groomer that I use to take him couldn’t handle cutting his nails. My boy Lorenzo doesn’t like his paws touched. He nips. He finally got use to me touching his paws but if others do it he gets nippy. So I decided to try Pawfect in hopes that they can manage doing it. I was nervous at first but when they called me and told me he did great and was a good boy I wanted to cry. They did have to muzzle him for precaution and had another groomer help which was great bc the other place I went to didn’t offer muzzling, which I get. However I didn’t want his nails to get so long where he could injure himself. With that said I was so happy with their service and they were super friendly and understanding. I was so happy with them that I brought my other dog Maurice. This is now my dogs grooming spot!PS if anyone was wondering, both my dogs are pittie mixes

The groomer of my labradoodle, Jen, is fabulous. Love how my 30 pound dog looks. She compliments my dog's behavior, He's such a good boy..." And he is a mellow guy! So here's the problem: Myself and three other neighbors all with labradoodles have now stopped going to this business. The pricing is all over the place. Each time I go in it changes, and not just a little. From one month to another the price jumped over 20%. When I talked to the owner, she quoted me a price (cash only and veterans' discount) that was back to the first price. Husband picks up dog, pays the higher price being told, "I don't know who your wife talked to..." This happened twice now. So another call (this time to the "manager"). She tells me they have had a 50% increase in their operational costs (really?) and now the price is 40% above what it was six months ago. She added that I don't bring him in frequently enough. I told her I have had grooming training and do him myself every other time. And he gets brushed regularly...not matted, nails cut regularly by me, etc. She said they have to muzzle him (totally untrue... he is a mellow guy). This was all to justify an up and down pricing...you never know what you'll be required to pay. And the manager was very rude. I told her that they are losing business (I'm the fourth of my friends to stop going there) because of the crazy pricing ups and downs. I told her we won't be going there any more. And my neighbor with a new pup will be advised not to go to them. Unhappy customers tell more than 10 people; happy customers tell less than 10...

What can be written here that has not been written before. There is a reason the WHOLE TOWN only goes here...Grooming services are top notch and they carry all the food / snack I'd ever want to give our dog.

Such nice ppl working at desk and in the grooming dept. Sergio trimmed and filed Jake and Rangers nails and did such a wonderful job on a dog who is truely not a fan of nail clipping. They are a one stop shop, from dog food, toys, harness you name it! I'm hooked on this place!

The girls that own the place are very nice, great customer service. I have been getting my dog groomed there since he was a puppy no complaints. Usually when I stop by all the dogs in the neighborhood are there getting their grooming on ! My dog runs up to their door .. that tells me they treat him with love when he is there.

Brought my foster dog here for a bath and nails. They we're able to schedule me for the next day. Kimmy did not like her nails cut, but everything else went great! She smelled fantastic and everyone there was nice and friendly. Will be bringing back my pup when she needs a bath after our next adventure.

Today was our first time taking our Chewy to Pawfect Pet Den for a grooming, upon many recommendations from others at the dog park. He was only groomed professionally when he was very young as we usually bathe him ourselves. We met with Felicia, the owner who was kind, personable and welcoming. Chewy was groomed by Courtney, who Chewy was more than happy to go with for his "spa treatment"! Chewy had some anxiety and was a bit challenging at times with those tough knotted areas that needed attention. The professionalism, care, love and patience in caring for our dog was overwhelming. Chewy looked absolutely magnificent when he was finished, soft, shiny , clean and just beautiful.A great big thank you to Courtney and Felicia for making this experience a positive one. We look forward to Chewy becoming more at ease and comfortable with his grooming and many future visits at the Pawfect Pet Den!

My dog Hercules has been going to Pawfect Pet Den for years-we wouldn't go anywhere else-they are great-but todays grooming was challenging for them - he has aged considerably in the last few months - arthritic hips and legs - difficulty standing for long periods of time topped with extreme anxiety. Felicia and her staff were amazing with him! His groomer Cynthia was incredibly patient with him and me - lol. She did an amazing job-as always - but under difficult circumstances - did I mention that Hercules is over 100 pounds - Not an easy dog to handle. I cant say enough good things about this family owned establishment. Thank you to everyone at Pawfect Pet Den!! Herc is so happy and smells amazing!

The perfect example of service and selection! My dog developed severe food allergies and my vet suggested a particular brand of food. I didn't have time to go to the typical warehouse store so I ran in to to Pawfect to see if they carried the brand. I was so impressed by the the greeting I got and the time they spend showing me what they carried. It's been about a year now and they have helped me navigate my dog's food issues every time I go in! I now bring my bichon in for grooming every month and he is not anxious or scared and comes out beautifully handsome! This is a true neighborhood shop that cares about it's two and four legged customers!

I took my dog to the pawfect pet den for grooming , the lady who groomed her was excellent. The groomer also discovered a small lump under the dog which I did not know about and instructed me to follow up with the vet asap. Big thank you to Pet Den she's fine and thanks to the groomer for being so observant . I won't take my dogs any place else.

This place is great. Hometown, family owned small business that cares about the community and their pets. Our pups go to daycare here a few days a week and they get treated like family and they love it! Family that runs it are just about the nicest people you'll find on Long Island.

The level of caring from the people who work there puts my mind at ease leaving my best friends for grooming. For the level of professionalism, I am truly impressed given to every Dog.
