If I could give it 0 stars I would.I've given this bagel store a fair shake, and my last visit will, without question, be my last.The service is unbelievably bad. Slow, inefficient, and incompetent.The quality of the product is horrifying. The bagels I ordered were stale. I ordered egg over easy and I got over well. It was supposed to be on a bagel, it was given to me on a rollThere was no miscommunication. The person who took the order repeated the order and then made the sandwich himself. It's like he made me whatever he felt like making.Asked for sliced ham, and what I received was spoiled. It was slimy and smelled. To say I was shocked is an understatement.All 6 giant coffee pots were empty.The store was filthy from top to bottom.You couldn't pay me to go back to this store.

Food is very good. Bagels are great. However they are as slow as could be. They need someone to manage the place. If 4 people go in looking to order an egg sandwich and there are 4 people behind the counter taking orders. One by one they will take the orders of the 4 people and the 4 counter workers will all be cooking the individual sandwiches with no one available to take any other orders until they finish cooking. Then going to the cash register one by one to ring up the customer. At times the workers are waiting on line behind each other for the cash register to be free and on it goes. Many times coffee runs out and they need to be asked to make some. No flow , no organization at all. No one in charge. If they weren’t so slow and unorganized I’d give a 5 star rating. The people who work there are friendly and very niceFast forward about a year. I stopped going regularly because they are so slow but take a look at their coffee pots. I bet they haven't been cleaned in the past year

Moe's Bagels is where I go for Breakfast, when I'm close by. Rolls are soft and fresh, people come in for takeout but tables are available inside and outside. Moe's won't break your wallet, but prices are slightly higher. The Organic Coffee from South America is perfect.

Very decent bagel shop. Quality is always consistent and their lox is great! Saw someone complain about prices, I personally thought their prices were a steal compared to other bagel places on the island. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

I get my breakfast everyday since they opened the store,Really good bagels, well done, crispy and fresh.They also have organic coffee.Very courteous and friendly guys.Highly recommended.Sergio, the bug guy

So I went here 2 weeks ago for eggs sandwiches around 10am. The experience was ok. Not bad, a-little slow, tasty though.This morning I arrived just before 7am for a dozen bagels. I had a place for years I went but I wanted to try this place because it’s a few minutes closer to home. The dozen bagels were slightly more expensive. The atmosphere was nice and clean. When I asked for bagels to be pre-sliced (as I’ve always done) they told me they had to charge me a service fee! I was the only customer at this time. And never has any deli asked for a fee. And when I asked for French toast bagels I was told they were more money too. Though they weren’t label that way. For all those reasons I wouldn’t likely return. I spent more than $5 for the same order I always get elsewhere. And when I got home I found the 7am bagels to be hard and cold!!! On a Saturday!! Never again.

Bagels are good there, not the best but you can definitely do worse. Staff is friendly.I'd easily give this place 4 or 5 stars if not for the fact that I have some food safety concerns. They leave their milk for the coffee out in an ice bucket that is basically room temp by late morning. I'm also pretty sure that their beverage fridge does not run cold enough and they have what I assume is fresh squeezed orange juice in there.I've brought this up to the staff before and even sent a message to whoever is at the receiving end of the contact us link on their website. I hate publicly calling out places about health concerns but hopefully someone reads this and addresses the issue. Would be happy to give a more positive review

Super disappointed! Thought we were gaining another treasure for our town, but instead it's a place you need a small fortune just to have a snack. $5+ for "specialty" cream cheese on your bagel ... really??? Stop and Shop has better bagels and put whatever "flavor" you want into your Philly cream cheese your whole family can enjoy.

Great bagels and a nice selection of salads and spreads. We’ve used them to cater holiday events two years now, and they’ve been excellent both times. The staff is friendly and they also have an extensive menu in addition to the usual bagel shop options.

The BEST bagels and veggie cream cheese! Everyone is so nice and I honestly think the prices are not bad at all! They also offer acai bowls and good empanadas.

I live Mo's of Greenlawn. They have a Northport store which I haven't been to yet. The empenadas are good. The bagels are great. Service is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Sometimes the line gets long, but that's because it's worth it.

A suggestion to the owner.. get new staff! Came in the morning for breakfast and waited 5 minutes for someone to serve and ask what I wanted to order with 2 people behind the counter. Not even good morning I’ll be right with you especially after the two employees were looking straight at me. Terrible customer service. I walked out.

I always enjoy running errands on the weekend and stopping at MO’s for a bagel and breakfast. Great staff, good food, a diamond in the rough! You guys do a great job!

The bagel place is terrible it’s OK that they messed up my order but they were totally unresponsive and acted like they did not care the food was subpar and you would think that they would try harder on customer service I give this place one star only because that’sThe lowest I could give otherwise MO’S ...you need to get your act together!!!
