Such a great part of the beautiful town. Family owned and operated. Always helpful with anything you might need ordered or questions you might have. They also offer UPS drop off and screen repair. Highly recommended for anything your household might need , propane refills, mulch, soil, garbage, pails and recycling bins, cute decorative, welcome signs and much more!

I have been going here for 20 years and they are always my first stop when I need something for my home or business. It’s incredible how much they pack into that store, they have everything and they are so helpful- whether you need a small screw, paint or specialized product or tool. Prices are competitive, but the service is above and beyond. Love that they are family owned and operated. Highly recommend.

It's a small hardware store, but I swear they have everything you need. The best customer service as well. One thing I particularly appreciate is that I don't feel talked down to for being a woman, which I have experienced at Home Depot. They are absolutely my preferred hardware store.

This is a charming mom and pop shop with courteous and friendly staff. I went there for the first time for cricket traps. The service was so friendly I will definitely go there again for my hardware needs.

Family owned local small business. More expensive than home depot but they stock quality stuff and carry just about everything the typical homeowner needs. Most importantly they care about their customers and reputation. Jeff hung around late for me one night when I was stuck and desperately needed a part. They are helpful, happy to answer questions and provide a friendly atmosphere. Really good people!

They are an old fashioned hardware store, they have everything you could ever want in hardware and a few things you didn't even know you needed. Replaced my oversized screen door and did a beautiful job! I could spend hours there looking around. Reminds me of Murray's where I grew up in Brooklyn and the Breezy hardware store in Breezy Point. If you don't see it ask I bet you someone goes and comes back with what you're looking for exactly!

Great knowledgeable staff that cares about their customers. Great BM paints and stains. ..bring in a problem and they will find a solution for you. Frequenting stores like this gem provides us with a local alternative to the big orange box store where ,if you can even find help your usually a lot more knowledgeable than the staff.

This is a good little hardware store. It's in greenlawns shopping district by the train station. A good place to get some items for the house instead of going to homedepot.

Thank God for the old fashioned hardware store. Employees take you by the hand to help you choose the best product for your needs. you won't get that at Home Depot and Lowe's if you can even find a competent associate.

Stop, don't go to Home Depot until you check out this old fashioned, wooden floored hardware store. How they get everything in there is a mystery, but I swear they have everything I've ever gone in there for! Staff is super helpful!

I have only ever had perfect service when shopping here. They always have what I need, offer assistance, even happily look for what I need if I first call about it. Its nice to not have to go far for an item needed quickly mid-job.

I love these little Hardware stores!!..There aren't many left!!...There much better than Home Depot and Lowes for the small projects and when you only need 1-2 screws not a whole box...Thumbs up!!...👍👍

So accommodating especially during covid-19. Curbside pickup, they even chose paint chips for me to look at based on color codes I found on the Benjamin Moore website. Highly recommend them Over the larger retail stores.

the owner and the adults who work here are the most un-friendly people i have ever came across in a store. the young man who works there is very nice though.. im 21 years old, i stopped there to get butane (lighter fluid) for my cooking class. there was none on the shelf so i politely asked the man at the cash register if they had any cans in the back. he said no. i thanked him and went to walk away, as the other older guy standing behind him (im assuming the owner) told me they DO have butane in stock but it was word for word "not for me"... he said that i was too young and that i was to be older than 18, and that it was dangerous for me. he rudely assumed i was too young and i could tell he liked having power over me... i told him i was 21 and he said "how would i have known" well maybe you should ask me how old i am instead of assuming im too young? then i asked for 2 cans while they rang me up since i don't wanna go back there and they acted like 2 cans was SO crazy... you will never get my money again.

It’s a solid, non-chain, neighborhood hardware store with an above average selection. I’m never bothered by staff when I shop there but when I *do* ask for help, they’re usually very helpful.PROTIP: I suggest not shopping here during the last 30-45 minutes of the store’s hours.
