Great CVS and staff, JOHN is very helpful and knows the store inside and out. The pharmacy staff is very good too, I haven’t had an issue. Paula at the pharmacy is so friendly :)

Worst CVS that I have ever been too. NEVER has my prescriptions ready, constantly won't fill them, and not friendly at all. THEY’RE nasty and rude pharmacists who shouldn’t even be there.I finally made the switch to value drugs because twice they have miraculously been able to help me when this cvs hasn’t. Many people seem to agree and have nothing but bad experiences at this CVS.

I have been a long time customer of CVS in Greenlawn for many years. The customer service is excellent. Diana ( Head pharmacist),is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Robert the pharmacist is terrific as well!I always have my questions answered promptly. Any issues with my medication are dealt with swiftly. Very hard working staff

The people in the pharmacy and the pharmacist especially are very rude. I made an appointment a day in advance and they try to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover a vaccine when it does. Rude and incompetent. Get better staff.

The people who works in the pharmacy is the most rude, racist, disrespectful and unprofessional people I have ever encountered with. I live in Greenlawn and this is my CVS pharmacy but they treat me like trash anytime I need to go their for my prescription. They should be more compassionate to people who goes to pick up medicine for themselves or their families or friends. Partygoers don’t go to the pharmacy!!! They always have an issue with my insurance and I call my insurance company when my insurance company finds out no issues at all. They are so lazy to give me and my family a professional service and advise. It’s interesting how many people have the same complaints as mine in the past reviews regarding their service. WE NEED MORE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEES!!!AWFUL!!!

Had to call them for a transfer from Walgreens. Kept hanging up on me and when I wanted to clarify some important information the person on the other end immediately gave me attitude and treated me like I was brain dead. I understand that CVS is extremely understaffed as I was a former employee there, but the absolute lack of customer service skills and BASIC DECENCY is appalling. Wish I could give them zero stars

The manager there kathryn followed my son around the store assuming he was stealing, then another manager one other day with glasses was making my 15 year old daughter uncomfortable. she came to me saying the gentlemen kept staring at her bottom even went outside the CVS to stare a little more ,very disappointed and abhorrent.

Robert Ochipinti is a horrible person who should not be allowed as a licensed pharmacist. He is a rude racist who cares for no one but himself. Multiple times he has filled my prescription and multiple times I have pills missing before I even get home. I don't know how he's allowed to be there still he is a scumbag drug addict for all I know. Anytime you ask him a questions he lies to cover his self and the result is my doctor has to call and find out what is going on, he has lied about what my doctor has said what I have said and even what he has told me. He should be investigated and fired. If this is how CVS runs a company no wonder they almost went bankrupt. This man deserves to lose his job I can only imagine how many other people he has lied to, manipulated and put in harms way. You are not a doctor Robert Ochipinti you are a pharmacist that means you help the patient through a Doctors treatment you do not make your own treatment based on how you feel or what drugs you want to steal.

After countless issues with the people who work here (unable to find prescriptions that were called in, running prescriptions through without insurance and not saying anything when we go to pay, regularly waiting 45 minutes on line), we have switched all of our prescriptions to Value Drugs and you should, too. Wildly inefficient.

The main staff is great and helpful. Pharmacy staff is nice, but so slow. Its gone down hill more as of late. 2ce this week I have gone stood in line for 15 min and the line didn't move. So now I have to make sure I'm going right before the Pharmacy closes, that is the only time its not an hour (or longer) experience.

First the quality of the pharmacy service went way downhill after Theresa left, then the quality of the entire store went down...guessing new management??? Regardless, we were once very loyal CVS shoppers, and had great ride in our Green lawn location, but now are changing to an entirely different local pharmacy.

Just called to refill a prescription, the lady answered my phone after 10 minutes and started saying " how can help you" in a very rude tone. First she should acknowledge long waiting. Also 3 minutes of conversation was not pleasant. When I asked her if she is a manager and if she watch all negative reviews, she claims as she is Manager but doesn't worry about reviews.

I love shopping at CVS. I purchased the essential things that I need for my residence. I have always gone to cvs for multiple reason: i.e medicine, if I had a sport injured or just snacks for a party.

This store only has two light on at night. Which at this time is 4:30. This cvs services a senior community and the parking lot is extremely dark. The lights have been out for YEARS! I have called corporate several times. I have called to maintenance company several times….cvs obviously doesn’t care about their patrons OR it’s employees! You have kids leaving the building at night in the dark. I know they have made several requests for the maintenance to be performed. Someone will fall in the parking lot, get mugged or worse. You are all inviting a law suite when someone gets hurt! Now this condition is documented and it will be completely YOUR responsibility.Please….anyone who is walking in this parking lot be careful and mindful of your surroundings. Don’t talk on the phone because that can make you a target. Be careful!

Time to move my prescriptions. The "new" staff in the pharmacy is so rude. I understand they are busy and under pressure. Join the club! When you are having issues with your prescriptions not being right, the pressure is no different. Today, I actually got hung-up on. Wow! Can you imagine running a business this way? It is really disgraceful.

I've had to call the pharmacy twice in the past few months and both times the person on the other end of the phone has been utterly rude. I've been interrupted, lectured about how my health insurance works and cut off mid sentence. I really don't know why I continue to use this location as my pharmacy, it's always an aggravation.

The 5 stars is purely for the pharmacy and their staff. I had an issue with an ER doctor prescribing me a life saving Rx and the pharmacy staffed stepped in and assisted. I had to pay out of pocket for a very expensive drug for a weekend dose. The staff went out of their way without me asking to find me all available discounts to save me money. Then on top of that, once my primary doctor was able to send in the Rx script on Monday, the staff at CVS, again unprompted, told me to bring the receipt in and they would reimburse me what I had to pay out of pocket. In addition, they went ahead and found me a discount again that saved me over $100 out of pocket.

My review is of the pharmacy department. I was trying to like them , but i can't. They are extremly busy , and somewhat rude . They are extremely busy filling prescriptions but the pick up line is extraordinarily long and slow. Only one person working for those picking up. This is obvioulsy a management or business decision. I'm leaving and going across the street. I will give other people my business

If I could give zero Stars I would do you have a manager look at you sideways for shopping in a store is beyond me. I asked one of the employees why was he looking at me like that and they just told me he's just divorced and mad at life. What does that have to do with providing customer service if you're unhappy in life Maybe maybe you should find another job and that talk s*** about your employees. And would it kill you to f****** smile

Five Stars++ for the pharmacy!! Concern and professionalism mark their service, following up when necessary, always friendly and "personal." If it weren't for them, I would never step foot in the store. The beauty products department usually has huge empty pockets and it's a challenge to get through the aisles because of the crates waiting to be unpacked.

Though the staff is pretty friendly, the store is usually understaffed at the register so there is always a line. Overall not the nicest CVS and a bit messy. Pharmacy seems to be better staffed.

My 1st visit I thought I must have just caught them at a bad time. After a few more visits I realized this has to be the most poorly stocked and poorly kept CVS I've ever seen. No one helps you.

Pharmacist Bob was so nice and super helpful. Went out of his way to help me and call me back on his own accord to assist with my specific question that did not require his outreach. I recommend this pharmacy.
