The staff is fantastic. The store leaves A LOT to be desired! I used to be able to shop while I waited for my prescription. Now there are NO seasonal products, NO greeting cards or small gifts.The floor reminds me of the cement in the Dollar General! Since all of the computers are new, NO ONE knows what they are doing. I waited twice as long while they used trial and error to figure out how to enter information. The phone system is ATROCIOUS!! You have to talk to a computerized voice that DOESN'T UNDERSTAND your response!! I used to be able to order my prescriptions 24/7 by phone! Now I have to wait until they open and talk to the computer that DOESNT UNDERSTAND your response!!!! OMG!! It’s terrible!!

It's very convenient for me to get my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is always helpful and kind. My only complaint is that it's very small and has a very limited supply of products.

Incredible establishment with the kindest, most knowledgeable staff around. While I miss the hodgepodgery of the Rite Aid/local 5&10 predecessor, this Walgreen has all the pharmaceutical and care products you need!!

Since moving to Greene six months ago,I have appreciated the great customer service of the Greene rite aid.tonight was another great example as they had a five day supply of my celebrex ready as the doctor hadn't responded.thanks

I was just wondering if Walgreens are still giving out the vaccine shot and it's a nice place to do a little shopping for some supplies that you need you can pick up here and is very friendly honest and open-minded people that work here and they're very kind and courteous

Just stopped in to get a drink. Poor selection of drinks. Asked about the price of the drinks and the employees seemed impolite and off putting. I’ll be going somewhere else to get drinks from now on.
