Went with friends, walked around, grabbed 2 items, walked to another aisle, placed one item down and one of your female employees with the dark hair and glasses got mad at me and my group and kicked us out, also forced me to buy the items. Im sure the woman who kicked us out because I placed an item down for less than 5 seconds know who she is. Shoutout to the other cashier lady she's great tho

I had an unpleasant experience when I visited at night. The elderly female employee working at that time was extremely rude, as described in the review below. I set up the Rite Aid app but ended up deleting it. I have no reason to go back there again. Even if there's something essential I need to buy, I'll leave if that person is there.

The pharmacy staff showed no sense of responsibility; the medicine prescribed by the doctor for the child was out of stock, and the pharmacy failed to notify you. When you went to pick up the medicine on Friday, you were told it would be available on the following Monday. However, even on Monday, there was no stock, and no one contacted you. They only informed you after you arrived and mentioned it would be available on Tuesday. It's medicine, not laundry detergent or a bottle of soda. It's unclear what these people are doing. They always call you when you don't need them.

In this pharmacy the cashiers are very rude and rude. Polite, I buy water and when I go to sell the plastic bottles they behave badly and don't want to attend!!

A very good place. But the cashiers there are sort of useless. I needed help with my Apple Gift Card that i bought and i contacted apple for support and apple told me to go back to the store and ask for help and so i did but the salespeople turned me away without any guide or support saying that the card was “activated” and that i need to contact apple. Please tell your employees to help your customers better.

Hard to believe that a pharmacy fails to return calls, but that's what they do. They don't answer phone, let calls go to voicemail and then don't return your call. Meanwhile you're waiting for needed medicine. Absolutely unacceptable.Oh and the rest of the store looks like it needed a make over 8 years ago. I moved all my scripts to a local pharmacy that appreciates me as a customer.

Nice establishment where there is never a long wait on line. The pharmacy was very helpful in giving us our booster and flu shots in a very timely matter. The pharmacist there was in particularly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I travel an extra five miles .

Worst experience every single time. Ladies who are the front desk are probably the rudest women I have ever met in my life. So miserable. Today the lady told me "stop talking so much" as she was looking for my medication. Lol. My insurance is contracted with Rite Aid otherwise I would have switched long time ago.

This might be the most poorly managed or most overwhelmed pharmacy in the area. Phone calls are never picked up and prescriptions are rarely filled in a reasonable time. I've had to go in to check on my prescription only to be told that it'll be 20 min where the tech prioritizes my script on the spot. Get these folks some help or figure out a better working process. I'm writing this as I'm standing in line and the three people behind me are echoing similar feedback.

I have been happily filling my/my family’s prescriptions here for the last 20 years. I’ve had experiences with neighboring pharmacies and they were horrible. Shout out to my girls Violeta, Tatianta, Mojgan and Tory!! You make my experience seamless and positive each and every time. I love you guys ❤️I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. The pharmacists are kind, sympathetic and always willing to help.

This review is strictly for the pharmacist Tatiana. I brought my dad to get the second vaccine, we came a day early and instead of engaging a conversation with us, stating that she wouldn’t be able to give the vaccine a day early. She was talking all the way from the computer stating there was no way she could give the vaccine but she was VERY rude and to not even speak face to face with a customer. Fast forward to the day my dad could get the vaccine, she gave the vaccine to my father like he was a dart board. Unfortunate that you have a pharmacist like Tatiana “supposedly” caring for those who need any kind of medical assistant.

When we walked in the woman at the counter told us to “behave.” We were checking out the products and she told us that we have 5 minutes to buy something before we would be asked to leave (it closed in an hour). The products were good, but the service was horrendous.Please fix your staffing.

Leaving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. The pharmacy should be permanently close in shame. Nearly every pharmacist working here has an attitude, and goes out of their way to be unhelpful. It takes 3-4 visits/attempts to pick up a simple prescription. There’s always a “it’s not ready yet” or “it’s gonna be 20 minutes” response. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

REVIEW FOR NORTHWELL URGENT CARE (NOT FOR RITE AID) is Located in Great Neck, NY During the height of the Covid pandemic, Northwell Urgent Care made it impossible to get an appointment for the Vaccination. They are located near the LIRR. They are considered an Urgent Care facility. To receive the Covid vaccine, they require you have an appt to enter the facility but you can’t make an appointment online, and they also NEVER ANSWER the phone! MAYBE they have gotten better, I’m not sure if it’s worth the hassle.

Rudest cashier I’ve come across so far. I’m standing on line she is behind the register texting. I ask her if she is open her response is “yeah I’m just texting I guess”. The girl does not even look up from her phone continues to text with one hand. Give me my change again without looking up, I say thank you and nothing comes out of her mouth again never even looks at me. What is wrong with people? Rite Aide you need to get civilized people to work for you.

This place is very overpriced I got a small bottle of hand sanitizer for four dollars(I did not know the price at that moment cause it did not say the price). The cashiers are also very rude. Once they scan your item they will throw it to the side.

Went to purchase NyQuil for my very ill younger brother, was denied because I am under 21. I am 19 years old, and the legal requirement in NY to purchase such a product is 18. Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge of the staff, and I had to go to a different pharmacy to get what I needed
