I called the pharmacy to put an order for a patient I was on hold 20 minutes then the pharmacy technician picked up. I chance called so many Rx for this patient in past to the same store but she kept telling me she can’t find the patient and she put me on hold again and after 20 minutes she never pick up

The Pharmacy hours posted clearly shows that it should be open at 8am on weekdays. However, literally EVERY SINGLE time I have stopped in to pick up my prescriptions on my way to work (anytime between 8am to 8:20am)… the pharmacy shutters are down and no one is there.This is a very unprofessional way for a business to operate. It is bad for customers, bad for the store reputation and hurts the CVS brand. There’s an easy fix: Open up on time!

Placed an order for a picture I had printed,got an email saying they would notify me when it was printed,no response this was on saturday so 4 days and i also called the photo department with absolutely no response

Every time I come here to pick up a V prescription, it’s a nightmare. Either they’re out of stock or the wait time is over 15 minutes. This CVS pharmacy Is definitely missing something. What, I’m not sure.

Update #4 (3/2/23):I am a pending disability case and minority on multiple levels.I try to call the pharmacy in the late morning to try to clear up discrepancies with medications and get Melody, who has consistently poor customer service skills as one of the late morning pharmacist phone consultant. I don't know why, but she exhibits very little willingness to help, does not answer questions and redirects them to her "suggestions," which are always in a sharp tone, almost as if she is yelling. I wonder if my PHI is being yelled across the back of the store whenever I speak with her...I feel belittled just for asking for clarification and seeing the medications I'm on, wondering if it is even bias.The rest of the pharmacy has always been so helpful, as well as the floor staff but I am not sure why this Melody treats me this way and I may have to take my business elsewhere after years of care...Having experience in this field for years, Melody makes me, as the customer, feel unwelcomed to get what should be basic health care.Compassion, patience and high EI is what is needed most in these fields and it is not evident whenever I need it most.3 stars at max.Original review (2/28/19):Very convenient location. Near banks and has a shopping lot that is free to park in after 6PM and on Sundays.I have been going to this CVS for years, but decided to finally write a review because of how far it's come. Within a month, the store's layout has been redone, everything looking a lot neater. This is good for quick shopping visits.Employees are always quick to assist, especially when it comes to difficulties with the self-checkout and the pharmacists are nice.Only complaints I have are that bottled water isn't restocked often enough, and there are never any baskets present upon entering.

This is the worst pharmacy service I have ever seen! It’s constantly backed up. They have no idea how to pronounce drug names. Just today there were 8 cars in line backed up waiting for over 30 minutes and yet they closed their window to take their lunch break! I mean??!? At least rotate to finish your service!!! You can receive a text saying your prescription is ready for pick up and will be put back on the shelf if not picked up by closing and yet go to pick it up and they say it’s not filled!! Worst pharmacy ever!

Called ahead and asked if walk-in is available for COVID vaccine, answer was yes. Then got turned away by the pharmacist because "it has to go through the system first." It was 30 minutes before store closing; her answer was hesitant. I would appreciate if someone can let me know that she wasn't lying, because even on the website it says "walk-ins maybe available." I would understand if she doesn't have any vaccine left, but "has to go through the system first" therefore need to schedule doesn't sound real.

Overall very convenient and well stocked. Easy parking right near by. Most employees are very helpful, but I did have one bad experience over a year ago, below. However this was a one off and otherwise I have no bad experiences. They do tend to get busy at times and could use more help.Very nasty employees. I was running late and came at 6:05 on Sunday to pick up a prescription medication that I ran out of and I received a text that it was waiting for me. The Pharmacy was still open and they were helping a customer, even though they close at 6. I told the pharmacist the situation and she very rudely told me that they were closed and she would not help me, even though there were 3 employees there and all I needed to do was pay for it. I would have taken less time than I am spending writing this negative review. However, she raised her voice at me and told me to come tomorrow, there is nothing she can or will do. I told her I will take my business elsewhere and she told me please do. Then I went to the front of the store to ask for the store manager. This employee told me the manager left for the day and there is nothing that can be done, they are closed in the pharmacy and proceeded to defend the nasty employee rather than try to help me. What if this was a life threatening emergency and I had to have my meds! They basically told me that I would have to suffer the consequences. I can only hope that a Walgreen's opens up across the street.

This pharmacy is by far the worst location I've ever been to. Absolutely NO one picks up the phone no matter what time of the day I call -- and I've kept calling. I've gotten notifications saying that my medicine was ready but had to make SEVERAL trips to get the medicine because each time I've gone to pick it up, it "wasn't ready yet so you have to wait". So why put it in the system as being ready for pick up then? That completely defeats the purpose of CVS' notification system. DO NOT EVER USE THE PHARMACY HERE. Get whatever you need over the counter and keep it pushing.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. On 5/18/2020 around 3pm, I asked the pharmacist working there to transfer my prescription to Stop and Shop pharmacy(they are a lot less expensive), she printed outmy prescriptions and handed them to me, without any further instructions. After learning that this was an ILLEGAL conduct and won’thelp transfer my prescription at all, I returned to her and asked her again to call stop and shop. Instead, she yelled at me saying:”I just gaveyou the prescriptions”. Aside from horrible customer service, this pharmacist (or CVS as a pharmacy) conducted ILLEGAL practices under full awareness of professional code.

Pharmacist absolutely does not try to be helpful. First she could not locate the Rx. Then she says the coupon has been used by another patient. Then she says she will need to order the cream anyway because it is not in stock, and maybe one of the nearby CVS would have it. Does not seem to care. Also, when I asked for the bathroom key she says the bathroom has been broken and not fixed.Well I don't know where these pharmacists go to the bathroom during their shift, but they certainly don't need to go, and don't care if your child needs to go either.

Very rude and ill mannered evening staff, tried to return an item which we bought as per ad that it will be 50% off with other items from same company, but this girl by the name Shonae failed to apply discount, on questioning she behaved very rude didn't make any corrections and when we tried to return an item she gave us hard time and made fun of us along with other staff members as if we are dummies. Might not go back again as long as this girl works there. Thanks CVS!
