Top notch service from the staff. They are typically very good at answering questions and directing the flow of customers. I feel like they could use an extra register on occasion late at night. There tends to be difficult situations that fall upon them and they only have one available person about 2 hrs before close. They need someone they can call for help with front end.

Waited 40 mins to exchange propane tank. Only to be strung along with the promise of finding a key that was missing.2 men came out looking for the key over the 45 mins but before that while waiting outside because I'd already paid for it I had to call the store and remind them I was waiting.Finally had enough, called again and the lady says oh. The last guy out there was supposed to tell you to come in for a refund.Go in for a refund and they try to short me 3 dollars because they didn't use my membership card when they sold it to me, but that was the refund price he was giving me. Will never exchange propane here again.

Price chopper in Granville New York apparently does not move enough fresh produce through their store. Multiple times I have purchased produce that is spoiled like the mini seedless cucumbers in the photographs below. And unless you have your receipt this price chopper does not want to give you your money back and says that they cannot look up your purchase history using your advantage card which seems ridiculous. I also in the past have purchased spoiled fresh seafood from this price chopper in particular. So buyer beware. Granville price chopper sells out of date and spoiled food.

Yeah I've always liked price choppers. For me they've always been organized clean crisp and easy shopping.I guess I don't know what else to say, but most of the time the employees are helpfully and family friendly.

Always a great place to shop. Store is clean and well zoned. I can see the prices clearly and sale items are marked where I can see. I love the personalized service they provide at the checkouts. I have a hard time breathing, so I have to make my bags light, and I also need help loading them into the car. Some cashiers know me, so they request someone to help load my car, even before I ask.Always have found Associates are very kind and ready to help in all departments. Great place to shop.

Very nice, large, clean, modern. Great selection, lots of great products. Good meats, fish, good bakery. Four self checkout stations, with 14 registers, but they only have one open, and force you to either wait forever in line or struggle with self checkout. Ok of you are tech savvy, but not convenient for elderly. Overall a very good supermarket with great prices and good people. Holy recommend.

Little expense as its the only place to shop around here but that is to be expected. Not to bad when it's not super crowded. Okay layout tho the placement of things can be confusing. Doesn't have marble breadbowls so minus a star for that as well as the fact that the store always seems understaffed tho most staff are nice they are always busy so hard to ask for help when it is needed. 3 to 4 stars is all I can say.

More than twice, I purchased items, for example (potatoes) in the produce section (one big bin) marked 2.99 a bag, in very small print on the bottom it's Say's onions. Not what's in the bin. The collection of usable points go away????why? Fish market I think is really good. Chicken and pork prices sometime really good. Red meat.. not good. Even the expensive cuts lack flavor and are consistently tough.

Self service check out, complete nightmare. Apparently there was a software change , where do you put the empty bags, before you use them?Constant need for help from attendant,And problems scanning and putting in bag. Employee frustrated, lines backing up. Not a quality shopping experience!

This tucked away store has a HUGE produce section that is well stocked. The variety of items I find here is better than I find in more urban areas. They have THE BEST gluten free selection I've seen in a traditional grocery store. My only complaint is the parking lot. I loathe driving in and out of it but that is really the road it's on... Not much the store can do about it. But the parking situation is very cramped. The aisles between rows are too narrow to comfortably drive through without fear of hitting someone or something, and the spaces are small. I think they need to make some updates.

Generally the lowest quality Price Chopper in the Washington County area. This used to be a generally nicer place to go grocery shopping. The people working there are generally very reluctant to help and difficult to talk to because of that when looking for something. I don't know what happened to the store I genuinely enjoyed going to over the years but it's overwhelmingly apparent that there is lower quality service and employees don't hesitate to close without a proper last call if you're just grabbing a few things.One out of 5 and extremely well deserved.I hope things change.

Fist time in the Grocery store,, very nice place, everything in each department is very well organized, very clean inside and outside of the building , fresh produce, fresh meats , nice bakery, great hot deli foods, also the cold fresh cut deli sandwich meats is plentiful, a great section of the store..The employees were nice and very helpful.I also had to get a money order at the front customer service, the lady bent her back over to help me out, very nice, thanks..In all in all , a grest place,, i will return...

Have ordered pizzas for events at this location several times and they're always hot and ready to go when I get there! The store is clean, has a good variety of products and has reasonable prices. It's my go-to grocery store in Granville.

Seems like they are constantly moving this store around and the way it it set up makes everything hard to find on top of them constantly rearranging. There's carts of food in the isles and workers in the way so you can't get to stuff on the shelves. This really should be done overnight and not during the day. Lately it also seems like there is a huge lack of cashiers and a long wait to cash out.

One of the closest and most convenient places to shop in the area (imo). Staff are always nice and willing to help and the store is always stocked. Hopefully this place will be open 24 hours again for those night time shoppers!

A standard Price Chopper. Clean, large, as well-stocked as it can be given the supply chain these days, and reasonable prices. Staff are (in my experience) nice and easy to joke with. Recommended.

Do not shop here, every time I come here, I get treated like dirt by the staff. Like today, went to the do it yourself check out and got yelled at that the one I walked up to was broken, when he could have easily walked over and said he was sorry it was broken and ask that I use another register, but instead he just yelled at me. Then I had coupons and he acted as though it was a huge inconvenience.Customer service yelled at me claiming I broke their machine because I tried to use my food stamp card along with my gift card. Went back at 1am only to learn by the nicest person i've ever met there that you can not combine the 2 card types in one transaction and that I indeed did not break the system.

Love price chopper, only issues I have is some of the cashiers are more worried about talking to a customer they know vs a customer they don’t know. It does hold up the line a bit. Besides that, no complaints.

Market is overpriced and under stocked. Low quality deli meats and cheeses. Meat department has sub standard quality products. The employee's are great .

Store is convenient, prices great on the sale items. Otherwise I find them high. Usually a wait to check out. Self checkout is the best as are the people who do that job.
