This place used to be my favorite. now don't waste your money and the cross contamination let me tell you I had ham and my wrapping was covered in roast beef blood and besides that the girl threw it across the counter at me like really....I won't be back for food there.

Grinders are trash. They use the same amount of meat and veggies on small and large. So get a small or your sandwich will be lacking. Price is dependant on which person is running the register. 🤔

Today I went with my Aunt who is elderly and mentally disabled. She got a 8oz cup of Coleslaw and was charged for a 16oz cup. Almost 8 dollars for a small cup of coleslaw. If I hadn't read the screen nobody would have known and she had no idea because she cannot read because of her disability. They also do not offer you your receipt. They have tried to trick her many times by giving her the incorrect amount of change. Taking advantage of a old lady like that is absolutely horrible. I can't imagine how many more times they may have done that stuff to her when she was shopping alone.

Ordered 2 large subs today, a Flatlander for myself and a Kermit for my sister in law. We have lunch together every couple of months and try to order sandwiches from a different local spot each time. Chapmans-FANTASTIC!! The best yet. A 10 out of 10. Huge sandwich, no skimping out on the cold cuts. Have a nice amount left for my lunch tomorrow. Very reasonable price…and delicious. Highly recommended. Thank you Chapmans store!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Best subs anywhere! Best chocolate cake! Best ice cream! They have take a coat leave a coat, talk about loving and supporting your community! This place has been around forever and my family brings them business at least once a week! It's throw back, it's home! Drink options are great and packed with drinks you can't always find in other stores. SUPPORT THIS PLACE!

Chapmans is not the same anymore but the new owner is really decent and listens to every customer. I highly appreciate the owner! The subs rolls are finally back to the softer bread. There cakes are so dang delicious!! We got the peanut butter cake. I recommend Chapmans. Cheap gas, good food, good people. We moved so we will definitely miss it.

Sadly another country store bought out and ruined by greedy individuals destroying the tranquility of a beloved community business. Paid $15 for a medium sub with extra meet, it had 3 slices on it. I called to find out why and was called a lier. I'm never prejudice but I find that most foreigners are and this is apparent as the new management is obviously showing this to be true.

If i could give them more stars I would... Chapmans has done alot for the people of granville especially during this troubling time. They kept their gas prices the cheepest in town since the Ukraine Crisis and being 25 cents cheaper than other stations really makes a huge impact on the local economy. The goods inside the store are very competitive to larger cooperation stores despite being a local country store... I hope the people of granville never forget... When chapmans ignored the gas fears and tightened their own belts so the people of granville didn't have too. ❤️ Amazing.
