We love Island Pets! Sam the owner is the sweetest person ever. She even delivers our dog food for no charge! I love how neat and organized her place is and I absolutely love that I can bring my dogs in and give them a bath! The set up is so cute and she has lots of choices for the shampoo, conditioner and extras to pamper your pup! You can tell she loves what she does! Everyone that works there is always so nice. I highly recommend supporting Island Pets!

Outstanding service, fantastic selection, and an extremely organized and clean store. My son's kitten prefers one of the special blends of food sold here and I made sure to call in advance before picking it up and they had everything ready when I showed up to the door.

Wonderful little pet store!! I’ve gone here for many types of animals: dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and chickens, and they’ve always had what I’ve needed. Even when I needed kitten formula, which I thought was so specific and probably rarely needed, yet this shop had. Even raw goat milk for the kitten! And anything they don’t have, you can simply request and they will get. The people here are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. They’re knowledgeable about their products and give good suggestions. It’s clean, organized, well stocked, and lots of variety. They pack a lot of things into this space. It’s super nice. Definitely check them out if you have a pet. They will work with you with whatever your needs are! They even do free island delivery!! Which I’ve used many times in a pinch.

It seemed small but packed with everything. A great variety of pet food, treats and toys. Also carries a variety of natural products. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean inside and out. Our pets snooped at this store with delight.

Best pet store ever! The owners are wonderful and helpful. If you live on the island, you shouldn't go anyplace else. If they don't have what you are looking for, just ask. They are happy to order it for you.

Awesome little pet shop, independent and locally owned. The owner clearly loves what she does and it shows! We feed our dogs Fromm's food which she didn't carry and we used to buy elsewhere, and she was more than happy to order it in for us- can't ask for a better experience than that. Happy to give them all of our business (which is a lot because the dogs are spoiled and well-fed).

I showed up 5 minutes before closing. The attendant was starting her closing duties. She stopped what she was doing and directed me to my product. She was kind, patient, and helpful. Amazing! 💯

Love that they carry all the Taste of the Wild flavors for my dog. Knowledgeable staff, and super friendly! It's nice to walk in the store and have people be so friendly and know your name. If they don't have something - they'll make sure to get it for you!

Great place!! My shih-tzu loves it there!! Took her after her vet appointment, and she loved all the attention!The attendant at the counter was a huge help to me when I asked her for suggestions on what to give my dog so she would take her antibiotic!! IT WORKED!!!! THANKYOU
