If you appreciate genuinely awesome customer service this is the place for you. I was greeted by a technician who shouted "Good morning" through a sliding window as I got out of my car. Inside, there was coffee and a clean and comfy waiting room. The owners ( this is a family owned business) were completely approachable. I was told that I needed a wheel alignment as I suspected I would. The work was done quickly too. The prices were great as well. They provide flat fixing and rotation for the life of the tires. I could not be more satisfied!

My husband had the tires on our Suburban balanced twice at home in Tennessee and they were still awful! When we got to NY we stopped in Grand Gorge Tires and gave it one more try. Our ride ever since… SMOOTH AS SILK! Professional, priced appropriately, great service! Highly recommend!!!! From now on anything to do with tires will probably include a vacation! Yay!

Incredibly friendly and nice! These guys work quick and seem to be a great team. Had a small issue and they had me in and out with a new set of tires in well under an hour. The ladies in the office were also very nice and welcoming. I don't think I could say enough good things about them.

I did a 360 spin on NY-23 due to bald tires. The team at Grand George Tire answered my questions on the phone quickly, accurately and in a friendly manner. I hung out in the shop during the repair and the team was fast and kind to get me on my way, turns out it is a family run business and I was talking to the owner, his son and daughter. They did great work at a fair price. I definitely recommend this company if you are in the area and need tire experts.

First time going here and I’m VERY VERY pleased. I own a 2018 Audi q3 and I’m always skeptical of small places like this but look no further. The guys at Grand Gorge Tire are extremely professional, fast, and efficient. Prices are also very very reasonable. Would highly recommend if you need any sort or tire work done. Balance, rotation, etc. Especially in a time of social distancing, they are very safe and efficient. THANK YOU GRAND GORGE TIRE! will definitely be back.

I travel cross country for work and had the good fortune to stop at Grand Gorge Tire. This shop is run very well and with honor. I have bought land close by since I first stopped there. I have been treated better with fairer prices than most of the country has been to me. Well done guy's, there is no need for me to go anywhere else. I recommend Grand Gorge Tire to everyone.

They provide excellent service in a timely fashion. The waiting area is pretty cool with its auto themed decor. The employees are so friendly and very knowledgable in their field of work. I always aim to support local businesses over commercial ones and they don't disappoint when it comes to service and price! I never get this quality of service with chainshops and big businesses. Had a flat tire traveling from Denver, NY to Connecticut on a Thanksgiving weekend. Their friendly and honest staff were able to help me and send me on my way safely. Absolutely wonderful service. We worked with John the day before we replaced our tires. He checked to make sure the right tires were in stock and was very knowledgeable about all of our options (he spelled them out very nicely for us). Unfortunately, they do not take appts, so when we arrived the next day (8:15 am Saturday), there was a two hour wait. We added our name to a list and John recommended a wonderful breakfast place. Upon our return, we waited about 25 minutes for them to take our car and the tire replacement took 30 minutes. The whole crew is incredibly knowledgeable! They do free rotations on the tires, to ensure you get the ture warranty. We will definitely only be working with them in the future.

As a second homeowner in the area I have watched Grand Gorge Tire grow over the years. What has impressed me most is how organized, neat and clean they keep their property. During a recent trip my tire light came on so I stopped by GGT. They were very professional promising to get me to a technician asap. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes after a thorough check of all the tires. GGT is a well run business with congenial and knowledgeable staff. GGT will not disappoint you.

Called for snows, they had them in stock. Asked if I could wait for tires and when would be a good time. He said come down now, so I did. Got there, place was packed and I was shown a list of about 30 people in front of me. He said I might as well go home and take a nap for 6 hours. I live an hour away and specifically asked to wait for a simple tire swap. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel. If they could not swap my tires that morning, they should have said so when I called, that's why I called!!!! Never again.
