I went to Value in Gowanda to buy paint and other small items. The store is never busy and today I saw 2 cashiers, 2 managers stocking shelves and 3 other staff. I asked for some help getting paint mixed and 2 young men were assisting me. As I waited for the paint to get mixed another customer came in and asked the same young men if they could cut a Chain. Both young men helping me asked me to wait, left to help him.I didn't buy the paint and I will never go back. Usually there isn't enough staff but today they had better things to do. Perhaps they need to teach better customer service 😞

Had a tool battery to fit my battery powered drill that I didn't find anywhere else, but it wasn't the same thing that I used, but it works!

Staff has no clue when it comes to home repair or for tools and supplies you might need, Overpriced and usually they never have what your looking for. Store was quite dirty and unorganized isles as well, Save your time and money and Go to Home Depot or Lowes for your needs.

Valu is my quick goto in a pinch neighborhood hardware store. They don't have the big stuff like Lowe's or Home Depot, but when I'm jammed up for screws or lacquer or fittings,or something small.... Valu generally has what I need.

We went in to get paint and supplies and stood at the paint counter for 10 min the associate up front seen us and continued to walk around register area ...the manager walked past us and stood up front with arms crossed looking out the window....no one one time came to us and they both seen us....we left the paint and supplies on paint counter and walked out...we took our business to lowes....

There is someone who greets with when you walk n always ask if they can help in anyway. I like that it makes me feel noticed.

Employees were friendly, but couldnt.find prices on their heaters. I dont.like having to wonder or ask for things like that. Concerns me a lot.

Manager know nothing of hardware or the items in store just locations not applications very misleading information they give employees look like there only there because they don't want to sit at home 😂
