Steak sub, cheesy bacon fries, pizza and they were quick about it. Food was awesome! Best sub I had in a long time! Real friendly workers. They didn't even mind me carrying in my dog with me to order and wait as they made it up to go for me. If I had tasted it in store I would have left a nice tip for real! They will be getting one the next time I'm there

If there could be negative numbers this place would get one. Thankfully moving so we don’t have to order from this dump anymore! Final and last straw order a double order of fingers split into 2 sauces we can’t do that. I said ok I’ll take 5 plain and 5 honey mustard. No we don’t separate the fingers. You’ll have to order 2 single orders for $7 more but you at least get another fry! Food is absolute over priced garbage! Do yourself a favor and bake a pizza and some wings. You’ll save the money and it’ll taste better!

Location seems to have people who don’t actually care. I placed an order from this location even when they are busy it comes in about 40 minutes. The past two times I have ordered from here I got told that delivery will be when they can get to me. So getting to the point of the review: I placed an order at 5:40 pm. It consisted of about 60 dollars worth of food. I got the food it was cold, fries seemed to be out of a refrigerator then microwaved. The chicken wings were well cooled down. Pizza was burnt and once again cold. Never had an issue with the place until the past few weeks. I didn’t get my order until an hr and a half after calling. Not impressed in the lack of care for the place from the employees. Idk if the driver drove around with the food in the car or not but the only thing that was still warm and good was the buffalo Mac and cheese. Not again

Gowanda NY - I don’t recommend, I tried to give them the Benefit of the doubt. I ordered 3 times and each time was horrible. Got a small cheese and pepperoni, the crust was paper thin and floppy, don’t even get me started on the wings!!!! Got medium wings, first of all barley no sauce and definitely not medium. A child could have ate it. who sells carrots with wings and not celery??? I got a steak taco, paid like $6, the thing was the size of my hand, probably smaller and it didn’t even have real steak lol. Ordered a steak calzone, it was barely filled and the outside was burnt.

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and the cheesy bacon fries. They delivered to my job, in the exact time they said they would. The fries…..I’ll be craving them until next time!!! Perfectly cooked and crispy, even though there was cheese on them- and AMAZING! The sub was flavored perfectly, so delicious!!! The delivery driver was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about what to order next time, and also very kind and polite. I will definitely be ordering again!!

Two stars might be a little harsh because I don't hate the place, I just find that their food always has the impression that it was made an hour ago and stuck into a heated cabinet, and their prices are pretty high, especially for the chicken wings they are 5 to $10 more expensive than most places.. however, they do have better hours than most places, so if you are the kind of person that orders pizza and wings late at night, this is most likely where you're going to end up going because they're the only place that's open.. why other pizzerias in the area have not realized that there is a whole subsection of customers that order pizza and wings really late at night is beyond me? They do know marijuana is legal now right? Munchies anyone?

I bought chivetta wings and chicken tenders the wings came hard and with barely any sauce on them the tenders looked like they had been left in the fryer for awhile and was cooked beyond belief the only thing that wasn’t over cooked was the cold fries. I really had high hopes for this place so I decided to try it.

Well I went in for the two pizzas and a fountain drink yesterday, for I think it was $6.00 ? And besides the nice young girl that served me at the cashier, the fountain drink would have to have been the best thing, the rest? Well after I ordered my food someone came around counter after I heard the ticket printing and kinda gently eyeballed me before grabbing a drink himself, place wasn’t really whipped down and I was eating it in, so picked a table with a straw wrapper on it, every other one was worse, pizza, what can I say left out sitting on a board for three hours then popped in the oven to try and quickly reheat it, wasn’t worth the money tried to force it down cause it was my din din, what can I say not coming back.

I would give tim and bonnies 0 stars if i could. Ordered two separate times from the Gowanda location; first time i had them deliver our food. That took over an hour and they forgot part of our order, called back to let them know was told deliver guy would come back (never did)Second time ordered a pizza for the family. Seemed okay until i found a strand of hair baked into the crust when i took my 2nd bite and my significant other found a clear plastic rubber band mixed in with the cheese/pepperoni topping. Safe to say we're not ordering from there again.

Wings are great! Their pizza sauce is zesty rather than sweet which is a welcome change. Their gluten free pizza crust is very good. Subs are generously filled. Highly recommend Tim & Bonnie's!

Hands down my favorite pizza shop. I go and get the 2 slice and drink for 5$ pretty often lol. And I finally tried their wings and boneless wings in BBQ sauce on the pit...absolutely amazing!!! Best damn wings and sauce I've ever had!! I make sure I tell everyone about this place!

Been ordering from here for about 2 years and recently the quality has become terrible. Nothing like waiting a hour and a half for two orders of chicken fingers and fries just to get them and them to be cold and soggy. $30 down the drain.

This place is lame4 bucks for a mediocre sliceThey don't have a delivery charge but there pizza is way more expensive and nothing special with the qualityAlso they commonly "mess up" the orders a neighbor will order 2 20 ounces and they will charge for 2 2 liters and it seems to be done to rip people off

I am an employee and I highly recommend coming in for a meal or even ordering out. I did all the time before I got hired and of course I do it even more now. Their food is to die for if you love that classic remedy for spicing up parties. We're talking Pizza, Wings, Subs, Salads, Tacos, Wraps, Breadsticks, Taco salad, onion pedals, motz sticks, and even more. They have a wide variety of options and I guarantee you'll find something you enjoy. My personal favorite at the moment is our 'Stinger' sub. It's got steak and chicken fingers together on one sandwich. I get my chicken fingers done with honey mustard to give it some tang and some contrast to the well melded steak and provolone cheese. I hope some of you take my review and give them a try. We're open till 10pm!

Cute little place and the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen! The quality of the food is really good, they never mess up the order, and the staff are very professional both on the phone & in person. I hope we continue to get nice business's like this in the area. Happy to have them in Gowanda.

Every time i order the food is alway burnt.they use tiny pepperoni on the pizza and is alway black around the edges.the bottom of the pizza is often burnt. Never ever order the fish.it came delivered burnt to a crisp but also almost frozen in the middle? Who deepfries frozen fish?they brought a replacement fish personally cooked by the manager that was also over cooked...

We normally order traditional cheese & pepperoni pizza and have been happy. Tonight we ordered a white pizza. We are less than happy. For $23 the crust was thin & there was not enough olive oil & garlic.

Ordered at 7:38, was told 45 min for delivery. I called at 9:00 for an update, (82 minutes now), the girl said it would be there soon and hung up before I could say anything else. Food arrived 10 minutes later, it was lukewarm. 92 minutes is not near 45 minute delivery time.
