Aisles were small. I kept running into people with my car barely in the room to move it. Around prices prices are 15% more than tops. Supermarket but because it is the only grocery store In a 10 mile radius, I guess they can charge. Whatever they want won't be shopping there. I'll drive to ten miles

I like this store . I think their Campbell soups display is beautiful . Has to be antique and a must see if you find yourself in Gowanda . Prices are ok as they have no competition in the local area . Some employees could be friendlier to be a 5 star rating from me .

Love this store, good small town vibes. Some workers are definitely young but hey that's okay they are good at there job. Donuts are almost better then timmies.

It's a nice clean store, but the prices are a bit pricey for a small town store🤷‍♀️ but what can you do it's everywhere, other than that it's the best store in our small village ☺️

I had never been here before and I got here 15 minutes before closing (to early).the prices weren't too bad considering it's a corner market. I'd like to come back and shop more. The employees were great end of shift but still cheerful and friendly. No snarky tones from anyone

Decent grocery store.. a bit pricey..as this is the only grocery store in gowanda. But definitely have what you need and then some. Try the homemade soups, and homemade baked goods,but make sure to always check dates. The manager was nice & offered a exchange or money back for my expired item. Overall clean store and can buy bait so definitely worth it.

They have great deals and I always end up over spending . Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpfulBut when I check out because I have alot & there are only 2 registers up front & another in back seems like everyone wants to check out at the sametime and people start getting mad and making rude remarks. Then the cashier starts getting frustrated 😠, I'm disabled and throwing my groceries in my bag now & getting frustrated as well and getting mad ,I really just want to say to he'll with you all and walk out and get no groceries ! I only go once a month out of the house as it is hard to walk around store. So I have to get everything at once. If it wasn't for cashing out everything I would give them a 5. Open registers when you see a big order and people with 1 items in line waiting .3 in line open new registers! I worked customer service before& we never let customers stand in line if we could help it.

Got all my stuff for tacos that night. I made everyone's tacos not paying attention gave them out and started to make mine and that's when I noticed the mold. I got so lucky my family didn't start to eat. This isn't the first time I've have moldy food or just an over all bad experience.

Went in for Salad Supreme spice but they didn't have it. Don't shop here much because of higher prices. But I do like their meat selection n deli items.

Shop and steal! Food is expensive and expired here. They cater to section 8 and food stamps so they raise the prices on everything. Do you're self a favor and drive to springville and get better products for your money.

This store is quite expensive. We only shop at this store when we want a quick purchase . If you have a large family or by the month you will be better off shopping some where else..

This is a local grocery store that is very expensive. I try to go only when I need just a couple of items. I understand the need to charge more for items being a small store but if you know what items are selling for you will soon see their prices on a lot of items are thirty to fifty percent higher than other stores.. It is convenient when you need a couple of items but you pay for the convenients.

"Shop and save" nah, you don't save anything. It's better to go to the Family Dollar right next to the place. Spent over $70 on stuff that would cost $30 at Family Dollar. Heck, even the Rite Aid down the street is better than this place.

Clean well lighted, shelves neat and tidy, a fine Deli , handicapped accessible building, much parking,much room for carts in the aisles ,friendly courteous helpful staff. Five stars for sure. The American flag is always flying at the entrance to the parking lot

I Only go there for beer...I call it shop n screw because the prices are outrageous...wouldn't recommend getting groceries here...unless you're in a pinch and need something quick and live in town.

Superb. Very happy with service and product availability. They have special k protein which i cannot find anywhere else not even Tops or WLmart. Their meats look Great. Very impressed!!!

I would like to thank Shop 'n Save in Gowanda & especially the manager Bill for their / his kindness & consideration for people like me who can not wear a mask. I explained to him about my situation & everybody was nice to me.I had been recently kicked out of Save A Lot in North Collins so I really appreciate the kindness now in this not so kind world.

You can find some great deals at this store. It is small but seems to carry everything. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I only wish it we're a little closer to me

A decent store that pretends it's giving you lower prices by not providing bags for free. Most savings are in the dirt cheap off brands they sell at higher than normal prices. But all in all a good place to get something cheap and fast to make for dinner.

They have rude employees that only seem to be there for a pay check and not customers they should close this location and open a Wegmans near the moose club and hillis field with better training and customer service classes

Nice grocery mart. Wide variety of items for a midsized store. Meat is usually quite good and Black Angus quite often on sale. Staff is pleasant.

Not a "super-size" store, but a good selection of merchandise. Cashiers are friendly and working hard, but stock staff could be a little more helpful.
