I made an online appointment for my husband to get a drive thru PCR covid test. He went through the drive-thru, they told him he had to wait. Young lady came to our vehicle, kinda giggling and saying she has only been there a week and the other person a month. Neither one was familiar to do test so it was not completed. Why schedule testing when no one knows how to do it? Wasted trip. Very very disappointed. Made another appt in Fredonia. Called to see if they knew how. She stated its drive thru and individual does it. They would be ready for him. Thanks Fredonia Rite Aid!!

They never have anything ready on time. Melissa is the only one there with a brain and she clearly has too much on her plate. It took two weeks for my script to get filled and then an alternative strength was sent that wasn’t filled either. There excuse was they didn’t know if I “wanted to use a coupon or not”. Evidently they aren’t allowed to order medications unless they verify a patient isn’t going to stop it abruptly for no reason. That’s not how you practice medicine. Don’t use this pharmacy unless you want to be out of your medications.I also had an inhaler sent in for my son and 12 hours later it wasn’t ready. This has happened to numerous friends of mine who use the same dr and I know the scripts have been sent.Being a pharmacist is a tremendously difficult job but there is no room for error and they are making plenty. Fix it.

Very friendly staff the aisles had been very organized and neat the clearance stuff was labeled in the right spots and I love how I was hurt and respected by the company

I just spent 2.5 hours of my Saturday trying to send a WU international money transfer.Repeated calls to WU from the kiosk and my own phone so WU could fix the issue were of no avail once we got to the cashier. WU insisted at each of the 7 attempts that it had to be the Rite Aid system's problem.The staff was nice enough but are in complete denial and ignorance that there is anything wrong with their system, and kept transferring the blame. They need to get their heads out of the sand and come to grips with the fact that it is not perfect and may indeed need some updating. The situation should be investigated in order to spare any more customer exasperation and extreme inconvenience.After the final frustrating attempt, I drove up to the Hamburg TOPS which was able to complete my transaction smoothly and quickly on the first try.So my message is to save yourself hours of misery and frustration... DO NOT try to do an international money transfer here, the system is inadequate and/or outdated, and they cannot help you.

this store and pharmacy had the medications and vitamins i was looking for.. they also carry some food products...soda pops and adult alcoholic beverages... also carry personal hygiene products and products such as diapers and baby food.. also carry holiday decorations and many other things as well...

Don't waste your time going to this place. They don't keep up with stock. They don't bother to call and tell you they are out of vaccines. They would rather keep rescheduling appointments, and have you show up wasting your valuable time, to do nothing for you.. GO TO ANY RITE AID EXCEPT THIS ONE....

It seems to me that the Pharmacy has a few new pharmacists who are inexperienced in what they do as far as notification to customers regarding prescriptions.I have been a customer for many years, and have had many incidents that need not be🤬
