I come here a lot. Most of the time, the food is pretty decent for what you’d expect to come from McDonalds. The staff is usually friendly and once in a while food is missing from the bag, no biggie. BUT, the last few times I have gone to this particular McDonalds, the food has been absolutely terrible. Almost inedible. The last couple of sandwiches I have ordered have been super dry with very little ingredients. The order I got today is completely unacceptable. Both sandwiches were extremely dry with almost NO sauce. The patties were so dry to the point that they were almost BLACK. Not only that, everything besides the chicken nuggets were cold. I can assume food safety standards are not being followed as of now at this location. Like I said, when I began coming here, the experience was what you’d expect. But lately there is a serious issue going on with this establishment.

The best time to go for coffee is in the morning when the older women who work there make it on point every time. If you go there any other time you're just going to get whatever they give you... And a side of attitude when you ask them to remake it. Honestly I don't even understand what the problem is. Because they're supposed to be made the same every time. Consistency is important.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I decided to go inside to McDonald’s and we ordered three things a McChicken and a double and a pie. We ordered it at 2:06 PM and it is now 2:45 PM and we finally got our food…… there has been people in and out of the drive-through got their food first and there was three people inside ordering food.

The double quarter pounder always takes longer than other locations to cook and I have to pull up and wait for it, but it's always very hot and the fries are the best McDonald's fries of any locations I've been to. I always stop here for lunch when I go through gowanda.

Food Can sit for weeks without rotting! Excellent real world service, none of that fake polite nonsense! Has bad reputation as fast food but trust me there is nothing fast about it. Dog loves this stuff, moderate to highly recommended if you have never been!

I have had two experiences with the manager the first time my order had been lost from the time I paid at the drive thru until I drove 30 feet to the pick up window and although I had a receipt she felt the need to argue. Last week the frappe/slushee machine was broken and then today during what would be a busy Sunday breakfast they were cleaning it and again she was rude. I think they could find another time to clean it - other cars were leaving. Tim hortons is a couple blocks down I’ll go there

Very high price for a large fry..For 1 large fry is $3.59..That is too much money to pay for a half filled container of fries.i can go elsewhere and save 1 dollar on the same sized container.They were out of all drinks except sweet tea. Ridiculous !!

Waited in line behind 1 other person for 12 minutes to purchase drinks. The workers were more focused on drive through then counter. The manager was rude to other customer as well as her staff.

Every time we have went to McDonald's recently, the food is awful! It's cold, the rolls are dry. And it does no good to include this in your online survey because they never contact you about it. Every time I order a chocolate shake, it always taste like something other than chocolate.

It is an amazing place with whatever you can Dream of from Poland. Food is exceptional and delicious. You can find candy...pierogis...soups...desserts..fantastic owners and clientele...drinks and lots more. Stop by and see for yourself. It is worth the ride.
