Ordered a roast beef on weck sandwich and was beyond disappointed that they serve processed lunch meat as roast beef. I didn't eat it. When she asked how is everything, I told her I cannot eat processed meat, she asked if I wanted something else. When she brought the bill I was shocked to be charged for it, I told her I was surprised she was charging me and she shrugged her shoulders and smiled at me. I will definitely never eat there again.

Had a great night at the "Glen". We both got the mini fish fries - more than enough food. The dart machine was broken so we played pool and shuffle board. They also have a beautiful fire pit on the back deck and little blanket wraps if you're cold. The updates that were done over the past two years are great.Parking: Plenty of parking. There is a large lot on the side, street parking right in front and extra parking in a lot across the street.

As a fan of good old small-town taverns with a history to match their other charms, I was just delighted to walk into The Wicked Glen and scope out the woodwork, the massive bar back and the pretty extensive collection of Jim Beam decanters that take up a whole wall in the dining room area. Old meets new in the patio and deck which looks to be recently and solidly constructed - perfect for sunning and sipping cool drinks in the summer, but looking equally inviting during cooler months with a gazebo and propane fire pit. Local microbrews, some local wines and a sampling of locally distilled products fit nicely into a pretty sizable selection of beers, wines and top shelf liquors. Prices are very reasonable and service was small town friendly and prompt. While I didn't eat during my first visit, there is a very good chance I'll be back to sample a few items off their pub menu, which includes a stable of half pound burgers, freshly made chips and fries, local specialties like wings and roast beef and even pizzas. If you like a casual place with friendly regulars, plenty of space and a pretty varied selection of beverages and munchies, you'd be hard pressed to find a better choice in the southern part of WNY than The Wicked Glen. I'll be back soon.

Great and friendly staff. Crab cakes are not so great. The rachel fries were not what I expected. The beer is GREAT!Kid-friendliness: A table of games for kids in the dining room with stools all around it. Props for that !

Went for dinner on a quiet night (Monday), came in during Wicked (Happy) Hour. We ordered the beef on weck and the bourbon bacon burger; so much meat the buns barely held together. Shoestring fries were a little overdone, but the chips were great. The friendly bartender was the only server, and was in constant motion between bar duties and table service.

Nice place. Only stopped quick as I was on a dice run. But, it was spacious, clean, and the staff was great. I'll visit again.I was back on Oct. 1, 2023. Had great wings and watched some of the Bills game. I had called ahead to order 100 wings to be ready in an hour. They were ready and absolutely delicious! What a great place.

Stopped in for lunch while working in the area. Very nice place, bartender was very friendly and efficient, and the Rueben was delicious! The fresh potato chips were awesome. I wish we didn't live so far away from this establishment or we would definitely be regular customers.

Food good, atmosphere fine. What irritated me was when we were done eating the waitress said if we were paying by card there would be a 4% charge. I believe that information should be posted somewhere or we should have been told before ordering.

Took about ten minutes to even be acknowledged that we were there. Got drinks finally. Ordered food and a burger and chicken tenders took 45 minutes! We had to leave for an event and asked how much longer. They said five minutes. 15 minutes later they said it was almost done! Got it all to go and everything was over cooked. No kidding. When you have a burger on the grill for almost an hour 🙄

My husband, friend and I went after hiking and it was surprisingly very good! The bartender/server was kind. There was a nice menu, and all of our food was awesome. We had a burger, BLT, and a fish fry. Homemade chips and hand cut fries. We probably won't be in the area again, but I would defiantly recommend!

They are short staffed. The waitress, bartender did it all and remained calm. Very nice lady. The only thing I was disappointed about was the pizza. It was on the dry side. And I just didn't care for it.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and had to go up a step. I don't think there is wheelchair access. Unless I missed it.

Went out for my birthday with my friends and the bartender, Dave, was amazing and attentive. He was better then most waitresses I've had. We had great food and he was fun to be around and great at making sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Definitely will be back if he's the bartender!!

No frills bar/restaurant. We stopped here after hiking (it's around the corner from zoar) and the game was on, the crowd was mostly middle aged/slightly older men and a few women. They have free pool nights during happy hour, which is cool! Two of my friends got their plates and the food was pretty good, came in HUGE servings which is awesome.
