The manager was so sweet, even at 7:30 in the morning. I bought a mum that I couldn’t pick up (I have a bad back.) so he picked it up for me and carried it to the car. The lady that works there had a great attitude and pleasant personality. Love this place.

My daughter rented the cotton candy machine and cleaned it to the best of her ability, and didn't get her deposit back because she didn't disassemble the motor and clean it better. This should be specified with instructions on taking it apart and putting it back together. Not sure what's involved but I wouldn't think the average consumer should be taking the machine apart then be responsible for not properly reassembling.

Upon walking in the door, I was happily greeted by the young man. I was in a rush so I didn't want to 'search' for my product I was looking for. I let him know I'm in need of 100 ft. clothesline. He took me right to the spot I needed. I actually purchased other items in that isle as well. Nice clean store and very friendly, helpful employee.

Purchased a generator here and arrived to find it waiting at the door, filled with oil, gas added, and a sales person ready and willing to demonstrate and explain the operation of it! Up date after 4 months I discovered the battery was no good and tried to obtain warranty replacement, was told Honda too hard to work with so they bought a $29 Amazon battery to replace my $170 Yusa battery. I would not take the chance of buying a high quality high priced item from this establishment

As usual, I am going to have the best fed, fattest birds that love the food I get for them from Aubuchon Hardware. Not only are the folks who wait on me helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, they carry the heavy bags out to my car for me which is something great for folks who have trouble lifting and carrying heavy items. I love going shopping and being so satisfied.

We went in to get some paint for a bedroom. The salesperson was very helpful. She helped us choose the best paint and mixed it while we continued shopping. She was very personable.

Typical Aubuchon, layouts are pretty much all the same. Other locations here in Northern NY have closed but the store has been surviving so far.It is a good hardware, because it actually still has hardware. I am not sure when Radio Shack, 12 brands of boots, imported home decor or a store half filled with pet products became considered a hardware. But Hackets, Rex and a few others have tried that floor plan.Clean, helpful staff, most necessary hardware at your fingertips. It is what a hardware is supposed to be.
