Was highly recommended for deer butchering and was not disappointed. Used many butchers over the years but will never again The quality and cleanliness of the meat we got back was amazing. The specially cuts we got like sausage /pastrami /meatballs / etc. were out of this world. The in house meats they sell are amazing as well. Will definitely be a customer for life.

Had a deer processed back in the fall. Came back missing a whole back strap, some of the processed sausages were not properly vacuum sealed and today I bit into one that had a bullet fragment in it (my deer was shot with a bow). That being said the pepperoni and kielbasa are good.

Love this store. Came in highly recommended. It did not disappoint. From the jerky to the fresh bacon and all the other things here. It is a very nice store.

The quietly “famous” Quaker Creek. What can I say? Endorsed by the likes of the late Anthony Bourdain, Martha Stewart & Bobby Flay — need I really say any more? 😎The meats & pierogi are the stars in this off the beaten path market, smack dab in the famous black dirt farming region of the Hudson Valley. Home made cabanassi sausage (my personal garlicky favorite) both mild and spicy, all manner of delish gourmet House made sausages and wursts — including delish Italian sausage — hand cut meats to order as well as house made cold cuts, pierogi and salads. You can also have them cook certain meats and specialties to order.This store is always busy with locals and visitors to the area alike. The meats are all reasonably priced and so flavorful, you hardly need more than salt and pepper.They do have an online offering menu, but there is a lot more unlisted. I generally give them a call the day before or a few hours before I intend to stop by (usually once a week), as their meats are hand cut to order that way I don’t have to wait around, I just grab and go.QC is also a deli and mini market, so you can grab kraut, noodles, a sandwich or what have you here as well. A family establishment with great products, down home service and a lovely drive. Out of the way for some, but totally worth the trip.

I love this place ,they have great specials but my favorite is there turkey sandwiches. The turkey comes out of a warmer, I have them put bacon and cheddar cheese and the works . Now on top of that they smoke all there own meats and make all this homemade stuff you have to check it out.

Great service!I tried their chicken wrap and it was amazing.My husband got his deer butchered here as well. Cuts were fantastic. Everything was vacuum sealed and labeled with contents and packaging date.

Always the best deli and meats! They have been around forever. Truly a Polish deli. Get your kielbasa and cold cuts here. Great lunch sandwiches, and they always have a couple large trays of deviled eggs available. They are good! You can get a great prime rib roast for your next dinner party. All the meats are the best! Friendly employees. You've got to try this deli/meat market.

What a great find! Was showing houses to some clients and stumbled into this unique store. Kind of like a deli, but with more options. Many varieties of sausages and kielbasa, and I think I counted at least a dozen different mustards! If you're in the Florida/Warwick area and want some great food, definitely head over to this place.

Great place for a hot pastrami sandwich. Their fresh cut bacon is a real treat to take home. They do the best job of processing venison in the area. They have a menu of options for deer processing and every item on the menu is delicious, clearly labeled and vacuum sealed. I really appreciate that such a good deli offers deer processing. They have friendly service and even when they are busy, they are pleasant to the customers. Quaker Creek is a shining gem in the area.

This place is wonderful, great selection of meats and other products and the most delicious jerky I've ever had. Well worth the price and the trip out if you don't live nearby. Cozy dining area inside as well, with some convince items and drinks available. You can also call ahead to have your order ready (especially helpful if you have special requests or are planning a large purchase).

Don’t know where to begin. Great store with awesome lunches. Great deli with excellent meats. Great butcher shop with so much to offer. The sausages, bacon, kielbasa and more is to die for. Their venison offerings are excellent. I’m hoping next year I’ll have a ton more meat for them to process. Worth every penny

We have used Quaker Creek for our venison sausage for years, and we now have them do our deer cutting. They do excellent work, including vacuum-sealing all of the meat. They also have a refrigerated cooler in the lot across the street for after-hours deer dropoff. Very convenient.
