The owners attitude is disgusting and her customer service ability is maybe 5%. Every time we walked in she’d huff, roll her eyes and speak to me like I was scum. Her groomer has yell at me from across the building because I got there 20 minutes before grooming time with two dogs and two children in tow. At least they were there on time. I had considered stopping her services then but tried to push it off as she had a rough day. We had been seeing her for a year three times she shaved my dogs down to almost his skin claiming he was matted even though I had brushed him and trimmed out all his knots before he went to avoid what she did.Just this week we had an appointment and was supposed to pick up by 1. We had to go get our dogs by three as she hadn’t called us still(we had a busy afternoon and her attitude on the phone when we did call was concerning for the dogs being in her care) My dog was essentially tied down and muzzled which he’s never needed anywhere else and my other dog was shaking in the crate terrified. The dog who was muzzled she didn’t even finish cutting or she completely butchered his face and didn’t bother getting his neck. When I wouldn’t give her a tip because his hair cut looks horrible she told me I was her most difficult customer. I found three new groomers in a day who have also heard horrid stories of this place.The only script cash and will scream at you through the door to sit outside if anyone else is in the shop.

The ladies working here are amazing. They are loving and SUPER Friendly! I felt so secure and trusting leaving my baby with them, which is the first time I’ve ever left him with anyone can’t say enough. I will continue to come back. My puppy who was there for his first grooming introduction (which I highly recommend) came home and seems very happy and looked adorable ❤️

Hands down best grooming experience. My dog has anxiety, she gets very nervous around people, she doesn’t know. Groomingdales made my baby feel very comfortable. She came home looking so clean and fluffy and most of all happy . The owner Nikki is wonderful and the groomers are so kind and gentle with my dog . Thank you again

These are amazing folks, they do a great job with dogs of all ages and cats as well! My furry kids love to go there, and the bandanas the dogs leave with are always different and super cute! I managed to get a photo of my three dogs after they were groomed with their donut bandanas 🍩😁

Groomingdales’s took my 2 year old golden as a new customer and was so flexible with scheduling. They did an AMAZING job and treated my dog so well. He had the best time and can’t wait to go back!

Paid nearly $80 for a full groom for my dog to come home beaten and bruised up. Nails were clearly never touched. Don’t know what happened or who dropped the ball but having to go to the vet because of the groomer isn’t right.***Hi Nikki, I mentioned other groomers never properly dry my dog thoroughly.(Not whatever you may be implying) I did call immediately after I took Dakota to the vet. I told whoever answered that she winced at every touch because she has major bruising on her body and eye. I noticed her red eye as soon as I walked out of your shop. I don’t know how any of your employees missed it as it was bright red. I was hoping whoever I spoke with would have the decency to tell me if something happened, however they did not. A google review was not my first form of reaching out to you.

Do not recommend, my dog came home beaten a bruised up with cuts all over her body. Take you pets elsewhere!***This is not a false review, Dakota is also my dog. Please see above pictures of bloody eye, thanks.

This was my first time at a new groomer since we previously had used Petsmart. I was nervous at first but once I walked in the door and was greeted by Tammy, I knew I found a new grooming facility. She was so kind and answered all of my questions and took care of my crazy labradors. Both of my dogs were fully groomed in an hour and I thought that was amazing. I highly recommend this grooming facility to my friends and family. Thanks again!

I just moved to the area and noticed them when we were driving around checking out the town. I made an appointment and brought my little guy in for a haircut. They were quick and amazing. Everybody working there is friendly and helpful it was an amazing experience. My dog Frank even left with a bandana and it looks adorable on him! I’m so glad I found them an made an appointment!

I take my dogs here once a month! Jean does an amazing job with my pups. They get excited to go and always leave smelling great and looking beautiful. Jean is patient and caring to all the dogs i see her with and I’m never going anywhere else again. This place is cute and very clean and the staff is very courteous and caring. Highly highly highly recommend this place!

Did great with my 2 puppies. They came back cute and happy. Being told repeatedly that they are “cash only” was a bit annoying and having to find an ATM and get cash was inconvenient but not enough to knock of a whole star.

They are so good with our rescue German Shepard who is so timid and skiddish in terms of water. I think that she was involved with some past water issue, whether abuse or flood. They are patient, kind and gentle with her. Going to great lengths to make sure that she is comfortable. Thank you!!

They are fantastic they are great with my dog and all his little quirks, he is always excited to go there and get handsome. They are the only groomer he has ever been that way with, the others he always looked so sad not jumping around happy when I came to get him. They treat him like their own and that is really rare, a little more money but totally worth every penny you get what you pay for.
