The woman who was the manager on duty when I was there was very rude. Not sure how the associates there put up with someone who is so quick to interrupt and be generally rude to both customers and associates. Glad I could be treated awfully over asking for a discount while trying to save a dying tree. Photo taken later but it's identical to the one I was lectured over. I over paid trying to save a dying tree and was treated terribly. Associates seemed scared of her when I asked to see if the manager would lower the price. I really love plants so I returned when I saw a soon to be dead fig tree outside, and managed to purchase it for a fair price given the moldy soil and dying leaves.(there was a five dollar sign after what I'm assuming was company action) Even during that exchange I saw the manager and was being stared at as she shared her managing philosophies with an uncomfortable associate. I can't justify going to my local tractor supply anymore and will gladly travel to Amsterdam for any future purchases, assuming I don't just go to the local Runnings instead. One of the worst shopping experiences of my life.

The young male manager who was on this morning 11-1-23 seemed like he was annoyed, snarky and didn’t want to be bothered by customers asking him questions. If it wasn’t for the young girl on the register helping me you would have lost my business.

Great serviceTimes have changed. The store used to feel like family. Clean everyone in good spirits and new the customers. They revamped the store.Fired all the employees or relocated them. The store is terrible now. DO NOT BUY PELLETS HERE DUE YO POOR STORAGE. THREE PALLETS ON THE FLOOR ALL DAMAGED BY WATER AND STILL HAD SNOW AND ICE ON THEM.

Always fast freindly service. Very knowledgeable staff, Paul is A+ . Stroe is clean and well stocked. Merchandise is priced fairly. Great place for pet supplies, outdoor wear,tools, and hardware. Plus, fantastic prices on gun safes and gaun safe accesories. Wish they sold firearms.

I buy all of my dog food here. They also have a multitude of other things as well. I've bought chicken food, boots, clothing and tools just to name a few. I've recently been on crutches and an employee had no problem getting the dog food off the shelf and taking out to my truck. They are always helpful.

The Associates are so friendly and helpful courteous and kind. Always greet you when you come in and thank you if you return a cart from the parking lot. Always easy to find what you are looking for. Love this store.

It seemed the store could have used more help. It was busy, Saturdays and Sundays in the northeast, this time of year, people are trying to get things done. A female employee who had the day off assisted me by unlocking the Husqvarna saw chains.

My husband and I both are constantly amazed at the level of customer service here. We actually look to buy things here first (because of it) and have found so much more at great prices!Checkout is always a great experience -- even during a pandemic, which says so much.A truly great and FRIENDLY place to shop with so much to see you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else! By far my favorite TSC location. Great, friendly employees that you can actually get to know and appreciate. I've been going to this one regularly for many years. I've moved a couple times and go out of my way to go to this one if I'm able. I'm blessed to have moved back to a location where this one is the closest to me. Canajoharie is pretty good too, but I try to avoid locations like Clifton Park. That one is like going to Walmart.

We went in for cat and dog food. My cat is particular about what he eats sometimes we can’t find it at other stores, including petsmart. Tractor Supply almost always has it in stock. We ended up getting several other dog treats. Our lab has some itchy issues so we were looking for something we could try for shampoo to help. They had good variety of shampoo and itch gels. Hopefully they help. Their prices don’t break the bank like Petsmart and they have better quality and variety than Walmart. They have helpful and courteous staff. This will more than likely be our go to place for pet supplies going forward. They also honor military and we could use our military card in store, unlike other stores who are now making you do everything online and on your phone.

Always friendly and always willing to help. Being disabled they are great with helping me get my dog and cat foods and liter or bird seed. I am very thankful for how they don't treat me like I am a nobody due to my disability. I recommend them 100%

I am very disappointed that you moved the water softener salt to the cage outside, that is locked, and what happened to the size of the Royal Crown Classic bird food, it went down 10lbs, but the price didn't go down 1/5. very sad you think people don't notice these things

I have been a rewards member since the store opened. Although the prices can be expensive at times, there are many products worth the money. My family and I purchase our dog and cat food here. As well as toys, tools, seasonal items (rock salt, wood, etc.) I got hurt a couple years ago, and when I asked for help (which I do not like doing), the representative came right over. They help in any way they can. The manager is absolutely wonderful. I have explained my situation to a few of them, so they know when I come in, I'll be looking for em. But they are all wonderful, down to earth, and very helpful individuals. Plus, if they got chicks and baby ducks..😍

We were trying to buy warmer for our horses and some girl who worked there walked away from us when we needed help, she knew we were standing there for help! All she had to do was if acknowledge us that she had to do something else. Asked a man at the counter to help us, he said to go she her for the keys so we said we had already wasted 15 minutes! Poor customer service. No wonder there was a runnings put a crossed the road.

Like their prices on large bags of dog food and cat food and cat litter. Also like that you can order online and pick up your order at the store. They even loaded it in the car for me. Makes life easy when your always on the run.

Disappointed, we purchased a replacement warranty on an item that was a Christmas gift. It stopped working after one use and now I can't get it replaced unless I contact the manufacturer. I feel I should receive a FULL refund on the item as well as the replacement warranty.
