The store itself is nice and the products are great. Unfortunately the front end cashiers seem completely bitter when we go to check out. Customer service is sub par at best.

Pharmacy has really wentDownhill.Only decent part of this pharmacy has been Jen.Every time we would need a refill it would take almost a day before you could pick it , techs there especially ones that have been there awhile had attitudes every time we would call. I actually had one of the pharmacists, not Jen, lie to me about a script one of my doctorsHad sent over , when I called my Drs office I was told the pharmacist was not telling the truth and she called her and got into as n argument with her.It's a shame, I worked for gloversville hannord for many years and always had my scripts filled there.I have now switched to Walgreen and I am now so much happier, no.more attitudes, refills and scripts filled within 2 hours, and pricing is much better.They are also are great atCommunication.

Order a Bday cake. Wrong order. Wrong cake. They quickly resolved this issue and promptly provide a beautiful new cake. Great customer service. The young lady in the bakery section did a wonderful job

Clean ,ease of parking ,fresh veggies,easy entrance from highway, lots of parking quick checkout lines friendly and helpful staff,alot of these have similar layouts so. Easy to find what u need

Great store. I drive a tractor trailer, and they had plenty of space in back, for me to park and shop. The people were very nice, prices were reasonable, and selection was excellent.

Clean store great selections. Had great prices on sale items. Should look into having a device on the carts or available to assist with finding items. I have left the store many times frustrating because I could bot find what I needed, only to go somewhere else many times to a small store pay more but get what I need.

Love hannaford, but closing the deli at 7pm is a little ridiculous! Nobody wants pre cut meats! Should be open until at least 8pm! Let's get it together hannaford!

Prices are over rated, I get more to choose from at price chopper pay less get more for my money and always have fresh produce and the meats are better there. Plus the rewards at Hannafords are not worth it they barely have anything. Produce is horrible and meats I do not recommend at all

Good amount of baked goods, great looking organic and popular name brand fruits and vegetables, great selection of cheeses. Live lobsters , clams, and fresh seafoods. Nice selection of fresh cut meats. Good deli meats and ready made potato and macaroni salads too

I used to like shopping here but they seem to have gotten rid and the organic and gluten-free section. It’s a big inconvenience to try to get all my gluten-free items from different parts of the store. I won’t be going back

This is a great supermarket. I went here when the shopping list included some things not sold at the Gloversville Walmart. The staff are super helpful. There are many aisles and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. Overall, I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Reasonable prices. Not a fan of removing customer service counter and using a register instead. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean throughout store, including restroom. Pharmacy staff excellent and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

Good place to Shop for some good deals. My Wife and I always go there to get our Thanksgiving Turkey, Christmas Ham, etc. We enjoy the experience. The prices are comparable to other Grocery Store's and we do like there Meat there. We will be going back quite often to Shop there.

Clean store, well organized, produce section was picture perfect. Meats need plastic bags would be my only issue. I found 1 almost near the bacon area. Aisles were clean, well stocked, an free of clutter.

Employees were polite and courteous. This store is fairly well stocked albeit there we're quite a few empty slots where there used to be a product. The reason understandably may be, COVID is still affecting areas of our product creation, collecting and distribution.

Not as much selection as the Amsterdam location, but a very nice store. You'll find a seperate Gluten free section where the almond milk is, and a separate organic section which is nice. I also love the sweet lady who bags groceries... it's nice to see the same staff as the years roll by.
