Worst experience I have ever had with any business. It went way beyond bad customer service. I was treated by a girl there with an indifference to me as a human being. It was awful. Her attitude was repugnant. My medication is life or death. But it was not her life so she did not care. You really need to take a look at the people you have working for you.

Came here to write a review. I'm not surprised they have low stars. The workers here are always so RUDE. I pick up my sister's scripts here and almost every time I go I'm left with attitudes. But what pisses me off is my elderly mother went to pick up her script and instead of paying $15 out of pocket she changed her insurance so that she wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Of course the girls had to talk loudly amongst themselves. " If she would've just paid she wouldn't still be here". Idk anyone who would rather pay than to not pay if they could. These girls need some self awareness. Honestly. They're lucky I didn't go with my mother.

Worst cvs ever. Mismanaged, accepts emergency prescriptions virtually when they are already closed so you can not get your medications until the following day without being told that. So you go to the dr because your very SICK and need medicine, the dr office sends it in on a computer and then you drive sick directly from the dr office to this cvs and they change their hours and close at 6pm instead of 9pm as it used to be and your medication you desperately need is not able to be picked up even tho the cvs tex you received said your Rx is being processed and filled. LIES. Then I come the next day and attempt to pick up the rx that was held hostage yesterday by their almost bakers hours (even tho the store is open until 9pm just the PHARMACY closes at 6 and this information is NOT available on google) and it’s been open for over an hour (10am must be nice to sleep in and let people suffer) and they tell you at the drive thru THE FOLLOWING DAY that no one’s even filled it yet and you must wait sick and dying for an additional 20 min to have it filled as tho it had not been sent in the DAY BEFORE. Why aren’t the prescriptions you negligently accepted while CLOSED made PRIORITY at the beginning of your work day? So my options are to sit in a hot PARKING LOT while sick for 20 min while you finally fill my medications desperately needed YESTERDAY or waste gas and drive all the way home and then all the way back. I will be taking my buisness to Walmart pharmacy after today. They are cheaper, open earlier and close later. They also won’t withhold desperately needed medications and fill rx in a timely fashion. Funny how cvs can text me to tell my my prescriptions have been received and are being filled when in fact they are closed and are NOT but can not inform me by text that the pharmacy is CLOSED and will not fill my rx until I show up and demand they do so. Terrible service, cruel and unusual to make sick people waste gas driving to pick up what is in fact not filled at a closed pharmacy and then return the following day to be laughed at by the 13 year old at the window when asked why an hour after opening it is still not filled. This cvs needs new management and should be fined for withholding prescriptions by closing early and not filling priority rx’s received directly from a Dr office the DAY BEFORE. take your business elsewhere if you wish to not be given the runaround and waste you time and money trying to get your medications. Shameful way to do business.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars, I would. The pharmacist treats people like they are ignorant. At first I thought maybe it was just a personality difference with myself and him, until one day I was with my mother when she called in. He cut her off in the middle of her talking, which is something he would do to me frequently. Then when discussing different pharmacy options with my doctor, my doctor also said he is rude with her - and she’s a provider!My final breaking point with this pharmacy was today. I utilized the drive-thru, gave the woman the info for who I was picking up for, and I started to say, “I just want to make sure....” and she put the phone down and held up her pointer finger to me. What kind of customer service is that?! When she came back to the speaker, she didn’t apologize for hanging up the phone in the middle of my talking. The staff in the pharmacy are beyond rude! I’ve already switched to Rite-Aid, where they are NICE and RESPECTFUL. Hopefully my mom will make the switch, too, so I won’t ever have to encounter these rude people again.

Had an appt for a drive up covid test. When we arrived the drive thru window was closed. After waiting a minute a woman on the speaker told us the pharmacy was closed with no explanation. I tried to ask a simple follow-up question about possibly coming back later and she turned hyper rude and aggressive. Would not let me speak without raising her voice over me telling me to move on. Changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Will not be back.

i have cancer and just had a major surgery they called my surgeon told him I couldn't have the meds he prescribed me then lied to me and said my dr stopped them after talking with both of my drs and confronting them in thier lie they said I cant talked you you and hung up on me . after 3 hours script still wasn't filled I had my daughter get them for me hours later the through the bag of meds across the counter qt her yelled at her to the point she had told her to just stop. then have the nerve to call me this morning and say they are to still fill my meds . ummmm no thank you . I wanted to leave no starts but that's not an option. also when I asked for the pharmacist name they wouldn't tell me also wouldn't tell me who I was speaking with on the phone

Pharmacist gave my daughter misinformation earlier today and didn't have her script in stock (she drove 45min) then wouldn't help her with transferring the script. Also the supervisor, Bethany (not sure she gave her real name, tried not to tell me)was rude and unprofessional. She should not deal in customer relations. She refused to help, spoke to me in a condescending manor then dared me to call her supervisor. Go anywhere else but here.

I have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant. When checking an item out I noticed that it said buy one get 50% off second one. I said, "Oh, I want to get a second one. But it will hold up line ." Clerk said no problem, I will ring it up that you got it so the line won't be held up.. after transaction done, just go back and get it. .which I did. Pharmacy department has always been very nice. Even getting flu shots is fairly quick snd easy.

I had to get a prescription cream. The pharmacist said it was very expensive. He did not want me not to get it. He worked very hard to get it at a discounted price. He saved me over $ 20. In these times every penny counts. He also explained about the cream for me. Thank you for helping me.

I was demeaned and spoke little to by their male Pharmacist, who I wouldn’t treat a dog in the manner he did! He yelled and kept telling what I know I have a right to have and understand and no matter how many times I asked for someone else he refused though his temper and anger was just boiling over! We are humans and we have rights too! Definitely not happy nor satisfied but I doubt anyone cares

Absolutely terrible service and complete ignorance of their onhand inventory. Does anybody at CVS corporate read these things or even care? This stores reviews are littered with complaints about the same exact types of issues for what it looks like over a year now..

I have been battling asthma symptoms a few days. Urgent care gave me prescriptions and they did not have one in stock. Shortness of breath isnt something that can wait to start meds. Everything should be done to acquire the meds to make one well. Even if they have to call around for you. A day and a half later I called Walmart. And had them transfer it. All my prescriptions have gone through CVS but at this point I realized I actually think I'd like them all to go through Walmart so I can get everything in one place.Everyone at CVS is wonderful and I like them otherwise but if you need a med and they dont have it immediately call around. I DO NOT BLAME CVS except that they should call around or recommend you call around.

I went to CVS this morning at 9:00. I was greeted by a very friendly upbeat young man ( my receipt said Brandon was his name) After I was finished shopping he asked me if I found every thing I was looking for, smiling the whole time. We chatted as he rung me up, and he was very pleasant. I left there smiling and thinking how lucky CVS is to have such a fantastic and caring employee. This world needs more Brandon's in it!

Gave me a prescription I already got filled and had to return it. They also charged me for a prescription that I should have covered under insurance. I consistently have problems with this location. Moreover, It took longer to get a printed receipt than it did to get the prescription.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. Techs are rude and god forbid you ask for help or have a question why your prescription copay went up from prior month. I got the rolling of the eyes and told “I can’t help you call your provider”. Sorry for making them do what they get paid for. I’ve been with cvs since I was a teenager. Switching to Walmart pharmacy.

Excellent service especially at the pharmacy and there was hardly any waiting in line for my medacine and if u get there a little earlier & your prescription is not quite ready yet they will have you sit and will call your name as soon as it is ready Even if people there are new people waiting in line as long as you were originally there before them... The store also has a great selection of essential oils.

Count your prescription!!! This is an alert. cvs in gloversville has been shorting prescriptions. Look at them and if there is any question ask that it be recounted in front of you! Terrible customer service. They need a new rating of zero available.

The pharmacy needs to actually have the items to refill a prescription. The give me a song and dance everytime I try to refill.My insurance forces me to use them and they are TERRIBLE.

This pharmacy is the worst I ever been too always making people go sick and not give them there precipitation on time always making people wait days on end... they are rude and dont try to help you when they make the mistakes it's just a hands down waste of anyone's time and patience...pls go elsewhere unless you dont mind dealing with these faults of cvs smh never again I'm switching soon as I can!
