Staff is very nice in store. Always greet you and are very helpful. Pharmacy is another story! Not very friendly. Do not go the extra mile for you if you need it. Prescriptions are either not ready, will be in 20 minutes or you get home and you didn't get all the scripts. I put in order for 8 refills 2 days ago. Today I went to pick up and was given only 2. Realized this after getting home. Had to go back and pick up the other 4. One was waiting for md approval. Needless to say we will be moving our scripts!

Do Not schedule your vaccines here!! Your appt time is not honored and you wait and wait. Very poor service and communication!! Do not rely on their service.

I called to refill insulin on Friday. Automated service indicated it would be ready Saturday after 11AM. I went Sunday morning and the tech said no insulin in the store. Their refrigerator broke LAST WEEK so they don't have any refrigerated scripts! Are they kidding? They could have had Amazon deliver a refrigerator, or gone to a local big box store, or gone to Wal-Mart for a refrigerator! There are few things in life that I can be certain of, but having issues with scripts at Walgreens is the one thing I can be certain of. Scripts are always out of stock, scripts mysteriously "get cancelled, creating extended wait time, and refusal to fill scripts that the insurance company has approved resulting in hundreds of dollars in unnecessary out of pocket expenses. DON'T FILL YOUR SCRIPTS AT WALGREENS UNLESS YOU NEED SOME STRESS ON YOUR LIFE!!!!!

Terrible experience. Ordered a photo book for a 2 pm pickup, arrived at 4pm and not one of the 4 poorly trained employees knew how to to complete my order. I will definitely not be ordering from this location again.

I can only pick up prescriptions on weekends and the phamacy is closed on weekends in lake George. They care about your health.🤣 Im sure if you wanted thier posion I mean cov vax they would make an exception.

I am a new patient in there pharmacy I am giving them five stars reason KINDNESS,PROFESSIONALISM, smile and have showed a true concern for my well-being. I have left another Wallgreens where I was for over nine years. Thank you new staff at my new Wallgreens in Glens falls I am grateful need to get to know all ur names😉

Prescriptions are never ready on time. Even 2 days after the script is called in I go in and its not ready yet. Seems like they wait until you get there. Pharmacy is not very friendly either. I'm sure it's a stressful job so I'll cut them some slack but I will be moving pharmacies.

Other than the Pharmacy, staff are polite and helpful. The female pharmacist and the male "tech" were Very Rude;unprofessional. My regular pharmacy were out of my medication. My Doctor called my script in to Walgreens in West Gowns Falls. Normally pay $ 115.00 dollar's at Mom n Pop pharmacy. Walgreens (conglomerate) charged me $287.00 dollars for same medication and same amount. I would rather walk to another pharmacy, than to be treated like these 2 treated me at Walgreens pharmacy along with the price gouging that this Huge Company cast soon hard working Americans. Walgreens has filled the last script for me. This Walgreens Pharmacy tends to make people drive right by and spend your money at another pharmacy. I know I will never shop here again.

Went in and saw some hand soap labeled $2.49. Bring it to the counter, it rings up $4.99. I asked to use the store card to get the hand soap half off. I am told they do not have a store card and can't do that. You gotta be in wierd place in life to go into you job and actively unsell things. It says $2.49 you're trying to get rid of an item at half price because they weren't selling or whatever just do that. I don't wanna sign up for some account and give you my phone # I just want soap. Walgreens is bananas.

Staff outside of the pharmacy is polite and attentive. I went to get a prescription filled and they told me it would be 20 minutes and I sat in the store for over an hour, making me late to class. Many people came in after me and left before me. Very frustrating.

My husband 66 years old was at the broad street glens falls ny store. He could not find what he was looking for so he went to the counter to ask. This was at 4:45 ish on Sunday Oct 27th. The man behind the counter was extremely rude, would not help him at all and simply said did you see it , and when my husband said he couldn't find it, said well then looks like we do have it then huh.. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer

Worst place I ever went. They lost the prescription 3 times & they finally managed a way not to loose it, the credit card payment was not working. Staff was absolutely unhelpful & not trying to help. Find another pharmacy.
